This is my formal notice: I'm leaving tomorrow afternoon to take the kids to see Alan, and see some plays at the Fall season. We'll be seeing the Tempest tomorrow, Art Saturday afternoon, and the Mousetrap on Saturday night. We're coming home Sunday morning. So, if y'all keep the posting down, I should be able to catch up quickly!

Have a ball! Wish I could see those plays too!

Happy Late Birthday, Robyn!!

I am going to take DS and Princess to the botanical gardens today. We are going to grab breakfast at McDonald's and hopefully be to the gardens by 9 AM. It is going to be in the 90's today so we will need to be finished by about noon.
I paid for 84 pins last night, so hopefully those will be on the way soon! I am waiting on an invoice from one seller (but he had 800 auctions that closed the other night so it could take awhile), and I am going to see what other auctions come up next week for the guy with free shipping. Since I have 14 days to combine auctions I might as well see what I can pick up!

We had open house last night at the kids' school, so we were out late. The boys are out of school today for teacher inservice, so I better get back to work so that when Randy drops them off later we won't be here too long.

Good Morning Friends

We are expecting temperatures in the 80s today. Looks like summer is trying to get in another day. Tomorrow we are supposed to go to a car show. I'm sure Chris will go it is just a matter of how I'm feeling as to whether I will accompany him. This show has a little area with games for the kids and they actually had out plaques to the winners at the end. Last year Colby won several so he wants to go again.

I'm just going to take it easy today though that is so hard for me to do.

Good morning, DDA!!! Okay, I was trying to catch up, but then got to Glynis' wedding report and I want to make sure I read all of that so I'll wait.

However, while I'm thinking of it, if anyone needs anything from Disneyland, let me know and I'll pick it up while we're there. I can't promise I'll catch all of the posts since we're camping and then leaving so email or PM me and let me know! I'd be happy to help.

Glynis, i'm sorry you all had such a battle with the sickies, and that Allen still doesn't know how to listen .. but i'm glad that the wedding festivities went off for the most with out a hitch. The pictures were gorgeous and i just love how you averted the break down with your neice. the cake your sister made was stunning and I loved that fat that the wedding party was all the neices and nephews that's just too adorable ok i correct myself i just looked back over the pictures .. they had grown up attendents as well .. holy cow that was a big wedding party !! .. All of the kidddos looked fantasitc .. beautiful children you all have there . sorry about your mom's fall but from the wedding day pictures i would have never guessed that she'd had such a big owie. seems your family is fast on the recovery up take. Easy and safe travels for you and the kiddles this weekend. Enjoy your shows and your time with Allen.

Heidi, Good luck with the closing I hope all goes smoothly and the move isn't to hard on anyone. I'm glad to hear your mom is feeling so well. Don't feel bad about not sleeping on a plane .. i've done it twice ( forced myself to do it) and each time i ended up with pink eye with in an hour of getting off of those flights ..

Vickie, I hope your roller coaster slows down and lets you relax and enjoy your weekend. Happy Birthday to Katrina.

Tammi, thank you soo much for sharing that with us. Some day the kids will realize all that YOU HAVE DONE FOR THEM!!.. it might not come until later in life but they'll realize it. My two are still little but i see it all already. And I get the same feeling with RJ and the situation with his dad that you have with your ex.. Yesterday RJ told me he doesn't want to live with me anymore because his dad let's him go shopping at the dollar store when ever he wants. ugghh the mind of a 4 year old.
