The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 25

Wow! It is so hard to believe that this trip is almost here. Seems like yesterday that you were putting up your ticker and bemoaning the fact that it was so long before you all could go.

I know! I'm so excited! Can I share a secret???? Alan and I are planning a trip to WDW to celebrate our 20th anniversary in 3 years. We'll take the kids and make it a week long trip!!! We're not telling the kids yet. I want to get everything all planned, and then let them know. I guess I've got time, right? Anyway, I'm really excited! Alan also wants to look at doing a week at WDW and then a Disney cruise. I just can't believe it's my husband who suggested it!!!

Well, im going to get moving and get some cleaning done..

around 2, my friend and i are going to the daycare center i work at. Im going to get my class list, see how many kids i have, make some copies for their cubby tags, and just start to figure out stuff for the kiddies..im looking forward to it--cant wait to see who is in my class!

I know that you're going to have an amazing trip. You done so many preparations. Did you manage to get it all done? Since you did so many wonderful extras for you neices and nephews, I wonder if they will have any surprises for you?

I agree with putting the kitty in the box several times. We still do this with Riley whenever we move his box. Since we now take him camping sometimes we refresh his memory in the camper too. I also suggest that you take Pearl for rides in the car periodically. It is much less tremadic on them when it is time for the vet. I've always carried Riley around the house. He will lay on his back in my arms just like a baby, has ever since we got him. It's a little harder now that he is 11 lbs though. speaking of Riley, he is peaking outside from under a curtain and there are birds on the lawn getting him all excited. His tail is thumping and he's meowing He'd love to get out now, but hopefully that won't happen. He's an indoor cat and always has been. He has managed to sneak out several times lately and I suspect that there are a couple of 4 year olds responsible for that. He knows that I feed him at 10 PM. If he's missing he will always show up at the door at 10PM on the dot I have no idea where he keeps his watch

I need to jump in the shower and get Colby off to have his feet checked out. Then I need to pick up cat food (Walmart doesn't carry Riley's Brand). I think we'll quickly run into Kohl's too then off to get parts for the 4 wheeler. Hopefully home by nap time. Logan's got a cold today. I'm sure that letting him play in the brook at the fishing derby and it wasn't warm out at all. He had to stay in the wet pants and shoes for hours

I think I've got everything done. Today I'm packing the kids suitcase, and cutting up some extra card stock for autograph cards in case we run into someone we don't have a designed card for. I've wrapped up new DVD's for the car trip, wrapped up new books for Katie and Jacob. I've still got to separate the "yummies" for the trip down and the trip back, and do some laundry for me and Alan. On top of that, the house needs to be cleaned, Jacob has to be taken back to the doctor for another ear flush, and the car needs to be packed and organized. I'm sure I'll get it all done!!!

Good luck with Colby and the foot check! Not fun, that's for sure!!!

Just got back from ww's..down 5 lbs & I made my 10% target today.

We had a very busy weekend. Saturday we saw the airshow at the beach, Sunday we went to the city to hang around the seaport, took the kids to see the stock exchange,federal hall, & trinity church. Yesterday we had a BBQ & played with the kids all day. It really felt like summer here & everyone didn't want to back to school this morning.

We had a very busy weekend. Saturday we saw the airshow at the beach, Sunday we went to the city to hang around the seaport, took the kids to see the stock exchange,federal hall, & trinity church. Yesterday we had a BBQ & played with the kids all day. It really felt like summer here & everyone didn't want to back to school this morning.

Cool!! Is your 20th in 2010? What a wonderful way to spend your anniversary..& how cool he suggested it? We can sway these men over to our way of Disney-thinking!!! Dana & I were just talking last night about doing a vow renewal for our 20th (2011) with the kids as witnesses.

Thank you! Our meeting leader was speaking about how to stay on the plan while on vacation. I'm sorry...I do not understand that?

I know for a fact that there is no way I am going to do WW's at Disney, especially with the DDP. Fortunately I haven't gained weight on previous Disney trips since we do so much walking.. I am just going to face the music when I get back no matter what the gain/loss/maintain is.
