163 days people 163 days!!!!
Okay, I'm about 100 pages behind now. I'm getting ready to have the most stress filled 2 weeks of my career. My co-worker's mother is failing. I don't think she's going to make it to Mother's Day.![]()

I have invoices to get ready, financial statements to do, bank recs to complete and all of her work too. I'm going to need another vacation.
Plus, I've got to start planning my godchild's first trip to Disney World in December and we don't even have the rooms reserved yet.
I'm going to have to depend on Terry to keep me up to date.
The computers at my job are acting all wonky and I have to meet the tech early in the morning.
I haven't even unpacked my suitcase.
I am exhausted, mentally and physically. I can't even figure out what smilies to use.
Know that I'm thinking of you. Hugs to all who need.![]()
Congrats on 2700! I hope you have a wonderful visit with your sister.
Wow was I a chattie Cathy![]()
Yes Stephanie will be very busy.![]()
I have my orders to keep her up to date on what is happening.
I told her I cannot wait till October.
But to get me thru the summer with Camp Registrations, helping to sell discount park tickets and then in late July starting all over with Before and After School care programs and billing----
In 8 days my sister is coming to visit
We will be going down to Cape May for two days and then coming back home here she will be able to see her grand-nephews. This will happen next Thursday. We will also go Strasburg Railroad with Stephanie. Then to our favorite Sushi place.
Thank you. It was a wonderful birthday.Alysaa looks beautiful, just like her mother![]()
I love Nicholas hair & the cake looks wonderful.
Seems like the perfect birthday!
Please help Stephanie find her smilies...![]()
That sounds like great news. Thanks for posting this. I'm glad Mac has such a great support system.Update on Aidan:
Wow it's been a long time since I posted, but as they say no news is good news. And in his case that would be great news. He had his first bowel movement earlier last week, but I wasn't sure how many people would want to celebrate POOP. <<inserted by Elin... doesn't Mac know this would be the one place we would celebrate that?!?!>>
But I guess we should celebrate all the little things, he's made it this far and is doing quite well.
Yesterday he weighed in at a whopping 1/2 ounce short of 13lbs. So the boy has some weight loss plans in the future.
We found out today that his surgery plans have been postponed. It seems that he is doing so well that the Surgeon is willing to put some other children in place of him on the list. So that means he will be pushed back to Tuesday of next week, almost a full week later. That news wasn't fun to receive, but we understand and will except it. The surgeon did say though that if he starts feeding on the weekend and doing it well that he may be able to come before Memorial Day weekend.
Now that will be a Memorial Party Celebration to remember.
I don't know if I have shared it enough, but we have some remarkable friends who have gone out of their way to do anything and everything they can to assist us. We have come home to care packages from strangers, sitting on our porch with little notes that say "we know so and so and just wanted to help". These are complete strangers that have come to our aid with just the Love of Christ in their hearts. What a blessing our church home has been. We can not say thank you enough and pray the blessings of our Father will fall upon each and every one of you. Thanks for your continued prayers and support, even though I fail to update y'all at times.
New Pictures posted soon.
Hi All, let me just start this with a reminder to make sure your FIRE ALARMS are working!
We found out today that DS passed all of his TAKS tests! The teachers kept saying the Science test is really hard, and the kids only get one shot to pass it. If they fail the principal has to give them permission to go to the next grade level. Since our principal was fired in the aftermath of the lawsuit the lady we have now doesn't know DS from a hole in the ground, so I am VERY thankful that his future does not rest in her hands!
P.S. - I hope there is NEVER a next time, but if there is...............
FORGET THE PANTS! We love you too much to lose you that way!
Tell me about it!I just hope the next 3 months go as fast as the last 3 have.
But, at least this year, we have a fully staffed dept. with great people (thank goodness, and knock on wood!). This is actually the most prepared I've ever felt before the start of a summer program, so that does count for something!![]()
You and me both! What a waste of a child's education!
