Hi, all! I have been busy and haven't had time to keep up.
I just want to add to Deb's post. I am the true example of why you need to fight so hard to maintain all that you have done. I lost over 100 pounds a few years ago. I didn't know it at the time, but I was looking good! I could only focus on the fact that I couldn't seem to make my goal and how far I had to go and not on far I had come. Somehow, I managed to put almost all the weight back on. I'm looking at having to lose more than 100 pounds again.

I always told myself that I had changed my lifestyle and that I would never put it back on again. I also had a plan in place to go back to strict dieting if I put on more than 3-5 pounds. Somehow I let all that slip away.
So, please, please, please, learn from me. Do everything you have to and maintain those losses.
CONGRATULATIONS to all of you!!!!
PS I wasn't going to tell anyone, but I've started again today to work on getting rid of this weight. I can't look at 100+ pounds right now, so my first goal is 25 pounds. I can do that!
