Hello, All!

Since you were so chatty I had to switch over to the new computer to catch up! I still have to go back to see Janet's slide show.

I am still making changes to my ADR's for August. I added Breakfast at Donalds for our AK day. I am rethinking Chefs de France. Is that too "fancy" for my kids? Also have CRT booked the night of P&PP but its 2 TS & it doesn't get great reviews..my kids have been there but the idea of eating at the castle just before the party sounds fun.

I am still changing ours, too. We've never been to Chefs, so I don't know if it is all that fancy. I have heard that the food is very good. I also don't know what to suggest about CRT. We had lunch there when it was 1 credit - no way would I use 2 credits for it. Maybe pay it OOP and use your credits for other meals? I cancelled our WCC ADR because DH saw it on the Travel Channel and doesn't want to eat there. That alone wouldn't have been enough for me to change it, but then I looked at the menu on AllEars and decided we would be happier at Kona. I had Kona, but cancelled it for The Plaza for P&P night. Now DH says he doesn't want to spend the money for a fishing charter, so I will have to rework that morning. I know he would LOVE to do the charter, but I think he would prefer to do it in cooler weather.

Goodmorning all. It stormed here last night and has gotten a lot cooler. The good thing is maybe the pollen want be as bad.

That sounds like our weather! Hail and a tornado just south of us last night. I moved the Black Pearl into the parking garage so she wouldn't get hailed on, but all we got was rain.

Robyn - Monday was sheer madness for me trying to get the little ones ready for Seder, and I wasn't even directly involved! I am sorry your day was so crazy! I hope Molly's tests are conclusive and you are able to find a treatment that really works!

Deb - DH was just wondering the other day if DS will still come to Disney with us 15 years from now. I guess we'll have to wait & see!

Tammi - The pin book Deb made sounds better than the one I bought from Disney Shopping! I bought the monogrammed binder thing for $24, and it took over a month for them to ship it. Then we couldn't figure out how to put the pins in there! Deb's is MUCH more user-friendly. DH has been fussing that he needs one, so I will probaly make one for him instead of ordering another one.

anybody got any tips on dealing with nausea?

Well, Phenergran did NOTHING for me (I had the oral and the suppositories). Neither did Sea Bands, or crackers, or vitamins. What did help (minimally) was sour berry flavor Life Savers, sour lemonade or limeade from Sonic, and fresh grapefruit. Sometimes I could eat thin slices of Granny Smith apples. I lost 10 pounds in 8 weeks because I was nauseated ALL the time. I read that nausea tends to peak between week 8 & 9, and tapers off from there. Mine was gone by week 14. Good luck!!

Tom - Beware of "tentative" MNSSHP dates! The date we planned to go in 2005 turned out NOT to be a party night! For both MNSSHP and MVMCP we have had a 5 PM ADR at Crystal Palace and it has been perfect. Good luck getting everything squared away!

anybody got any tips on dealing with nausea?

Can you drink ginger ale and or eat ginger candy, or take ginger pills? Not sure being pregnant if you can but it can help with nausea.

SVU was a great one last night....missed Criminal Intent last night.

I've heard that Criminal Intent and Crossing Jordan are both in danger of not coming back next season....I wouldn't have any must see tv than...that could be a good thing!!!

Well, I had a pretty good day off!!

I went to meet the mom who needs a sitter this morning. Very nice lady, darling little girl, 3 HUGE Great Danes. Good thing I don't have a problem with big dogs! That took less than an hour. Came home, DH & I went to IHOP for breakfast. We decided to stop at the mall afterwards to see what we could find for DS for Easter. We aren't really "doing" Easter, but DS is expecting something anyway.

We bought DH his first pair of CROCS!! Now we'll have to see if he actually wears them.

Bought some Jibbitz and a pair of swim trunks for DS. Found a REALLY cute shirt for him, but it was too small. Called another store and had them hold the larger one. Went to another mall. Picked up the shirt for DS. Decided to swing by a third mall to get some Disney Dollars. Bought a shirt for DH, a few odds & ends for DS. Came home, had a short nap, picked up DS form school. Took DS to theater, went to Target. Browsed in Kohl's, picked up DS, picked up a pizza for dinner.

Janet - Thank you so much for the tip about KidzEyes! DS has $8.50 in his account so far! He gets so excited when he has a new survey! Unfortunately I don't think I am going to be able to convince him to hold off on cashing in until we go to WDW. He is chomping at the bit to get to $10 so he can cash in.

There is lots of rumors flying around tonight that Disney will again be offering free dining at the end of August into September. It is supposed to come out by Friday It won't help us as we will be leaving on 8/12. I guess that I can hope they do it for early August, but it is pretty doubtful.

I guess I'm heading to bed. It looks like we may have a snow day tomorrow. They are now predicting up to 10 inches of snow. I see that there is an accident on the interstate bridge near our house. Remarkably this is the first one I've noticed this winter with is not the norm.

I have been sort of following the rumors in case we could get a AAA package with free dining and come out better than what we have on bounce back. I think free dining for UK and bounce back starts August 5, but everything I have read so far about general public free dining has said August 26. There are threads on Resort codes & Rates, Budget, and Dining Plan all speculating. I hope there is some way you guys can get free dining for the last week of your stay!! That would be terrific!

I forgot to say we had a peaceful supper.

Grandma had a "sore" throat and told Cassidy that Grandpa would be eating with her later...I can almost guarantee he wanted to eat with us but it's all okay. We ate a leisurely supper...Abi and Jim didn't get home until almost 6 and we than went out to Target after supper...I doubt they ate before 7...but that is her choice.

At supper I talked to Abi about talking to a counselor and she finally said yes....I have always made it available to her with her issues but she has always hesitated with it. I just hope I can find a dr. that will mesh with her.

We (the girls) have a Meal of the Upper Room tomorrow night and than I think we will go to a Passion Play on Friday night so we may or may not have to see grandma until Saturday. It's amazing to me how our schedule was already set up for missing her.

Theresa - I am sorry Grandma is such a donkey sometimes! Hopefully you will continue to be on opposite schedules! Yay for Abi on her survey account!! There is no way I could distract DS from his total now - that ship has sailed!

I think I am going to bed. I keep trying to think of all the websites I haven't been able to enjoy with the old computer - I want to test them out on the new one! But it is 11 PM, so maybe they can wait! DH needs to fill out the background check forms so he can go on the 5th grade camping trip, but we need to hook up the printer before he does that.
