It was listed yesterday....we put the bid/contract tonight....we will find out by tomorrow at 6.

The only thing that will kill this deal (I think...because we offered asking) is if the loan somehow falls through.

ooo i just noticed my ticker is now 29 deays til graduation!

It was listed yesterday....we put the bid/contract tonight....we will find out by tomorrow at 6.

The only thing that will kill this deal (I think...because we offered asking) is if the loan somehow falls through.

Everything is crossed on my body for you guys, Theresa, and many prayers and PD wishes, too!

3 bedrooms, 1 and 3/4 bathrooms. WONDERFUL kitchen....but no place to put a kitchen table...oh well. Small living room.

Small is the key word.

Attached garage (only place we looked at with a garage).

We are going to have to downsize but guess what??? It will feel GREAT!!!
