Yummy, Elin. Funny, but I was thinking about that as we were on our way over to Red Lobster. How was dinner? Is Kristin feeling better?

Dinner was great, I will let you know about Kristin's health when she gets up later on this morning.

Congrats on changing the bulbs in the van! :thumbsup2 Also, I am so glad you had a great day yesterday and that dinner was fun.

Has anyone ever had to deal with jaw pain? Mine started bothering me about a week ago, one one side up by the ear, where the upper and lower jaw meet. I assumed I slept crooked or something and that it would go away. I hasn't. In fact, it's getting worse. Now I can't even bite down without a stabbing pain. It's painful to eat. I have to take small bites and chew delicately because if I go too fast/hard it really hurts. If I move my lower jaw just the right way, it now kinda pops. It also hurts when I yawn. Do I see my regular doctor for this, a dentist, or what? Any advice?

sounds like TMJ to me. I would go to your dentist first. Kathrin has/had this and she started out with the regular dentist and then she was referred to an oral surgeon.

We are ailment sharing in a way... I had a toothache last night which is very unusual for me. I think the last time I had one it was because I had braces on! Anyway, this morning, my gum area is tender and a little swollen. I am pretty certain I must have an abcess, but I will BET you that my dentist does not work on MLK Day.

pixiedust: pixiedust: that Kristin is feeling better soon.

So my reflux has been horrible today, but I'm not sure if it is all reflux or if I actually have a sore throat and it is being bothered by the reflux. Either case I haven't felt that great all day.

Hope you all had a good day.

Hope you feel better today, Becky. :grouphug:

Elin,

Take good care of Kristin.

Enjoy your evening out.

Thanks, Terry. We did! And I didn't have to do much for Kristin. She was holed up in her room and in the bathroom most of the day yesterday.

Your Score was: 39

Dr. Phil said exactly the same thing about me.

I have tried to take this quiz several times before. Most of the questions don't have answers that "fit" me though so I always get frustrated and give up! But I finished it today to make you all happy. For what it's worth...

Your Score was: 47

According to Dr Phil:
Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amusing, practical, and always interesting; someone who's constantly in the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding; someone who'll always cheer them up and help them out.

I am going to call it a night as I am emotionally exhausted. Jeff, Olivia and I went to church this morning, I cried pretty much the whole time. I have been an emotional wreck, not sure why. Maybe its the clomid I took. I will let you all know if I make it out of hear tomorrow night and home. Everybody stay safe.

We had snow off and on most of the day but the lawn isn't even completely covered. According to the weather forecast we will be getting another storm starting around 7 AM tomorrow and lasting until about noon on Tuesday. It is supposed to be a mix of snow and sleet with accumulations up to 8". I guess we'll wait and see. I don't need to go anywhere until Tuesday night so it's no big deal for me. Chris just needs to get back and forth to work, but we both have 4 wheel drive and have never had problems before.

Tammi Have you ever had a sinus infection? My jaw will ache when I get them. It always seems more like a mouth issue than a sinus issue. I hope you get it figured out soon.

Good night all.

Deb

Hope your weather is OK today, Deb. Mostly for Chris' sake.

I thought my tender face and headache yesterday was sinus related too, but looking at myself in the mirror and touching my gum leads me to believe otherwise this morning.

P3 over and I am headed back to bed for a bit. The girls are both asleep and Bob has left for work. See you later on today, DDA. Hope your mornings are great! :goodvibes:

Take the Dr. Phil quiz.

My results...

Your Score was: 40

According to Dr Phil:
Others see you as sensible, cautious, careful & practical. They see you as clever, gifted, or talented, but modest. Not a person who makes friends too quickly or easily, but someone who's extremely loyal to friends you do make and who expect the same loyalty in return. Those who really get to know you realize it takes a lot to shake your trust in your friends, but equally that it takes you a long time to get over it if that trust is ever broken.

My score was 38, and the paragraph was the same as yours.

Looks like everyone who took this wound up with scores within a few points of each other.

Concourse Steakhouse – Never been
Kona Café – we had a wonderful lunch here on our last trip.
Ohana – We had dinner there in 2004. I thought it was very good. My father found the entertainment annoying. My kids didn't like the food.
1900 Park Fare – Never been
Rose & Crown – Never been
Tony’s Town Square – Never been
LTT - Never been
50’s Primetime Café – We went on Mother's Day in 2004. It was ok. Food was good, not great. We didn't get any of the interaction that they are known for.
Sci-Fi - We went for lunch on our last trip and had a great time! Everyone liked this meal.

I am almost to the point of going to potty on my own...but I am just not sure I will get to ever drink a drink all to myself again (unless it has alcohol in it!!)

Where's the tag fairy! :rotfl:

(By the way, I know exactly how you feel!)

Think I am going to call it a night. Today has been a long, interesting one.

The motorcade bringing Daniel home was very long. I am sure it brought so much joy to Robin knowing so many care. People were lined up all along the street.
The church where they were taking him to had a full parking lot of people waiting. The school he graduated from was there & the band played. It was so cold outside, but at least it was not raining or snowing. We had a nice group of vets standing with us where I work. They brought flags & handed them out to all of us. They were all standing in formation & saluting when Daniels car went by. It was very emotional, I am glad dh came to stand by my side.

Gary did get a picture of the readerboard, I will post it as soon as I get it uploaded.

Night all

I can see how that would be emotional, since I'm in tears just reading about it. I will keep Robin in my prayers.
