Kristine is back too. You'd think one of the 5 of them would throw us a bone.

Deb

I didn't think Kristine was back yet, I thought she was posting pics from WDW.

Thanks, but somehow that just didn't fill the Disney void. :rotfl:

No time to write my trip report this morning because I have to catch up on work. Before I head off, I thought I'd post a couple of my pictures from the trip.

Maybe you're right, I've lost track

If I remember correctly, Stephanie comes back Friday and Kristine comes back Sunday.

I read the cheerleader challenge. So where are the boutiques and stores that one would peruse? Is it a VMK thing? I'm virtually challenged I think :confused3

I've got an hour before I need to run out the door so I'd better try to accomplish something. Cleaning the bathroom just doesn't sound like fun and neither does laundry, but they are both calling my name.

If Mickey & Minnie aren't married, why are they in their pajamas together and in the same bed in the "Twas the Night Before Christmas" show during the MVMCP?

Stephanie and I have decided they are SO married :rotfl:

Oh yeah! Laundry!!! I had better do that too if we want clean underwear and socks to take with us.

Jen, I hope you are feeling better and that you don't have anything too serious.

Welcome home to those who just got back.

Thanks to everyone for the nice comments on our new granddaughter. Everyone seems to be doing fine, but the baby's bloodwork shows some infection, so they will be most likely keeping her on the IV antibiotics for at least 7 days, so she won't be able to come home until after that. She doesn't show any other signs of sickness, and she has been on the antibiotics right from birth, so they are hoping that there won't be any problems. She had another blood test last night, but I haven't heard the results from that yet.

Prayers and PD :wizard: for those who need it.

I love the new presents. What was the first present?

My older two still won't admit out loud about Santa. In our house we still all believe...of course, that doesn't get me out of shopping and wrapping.

Beth

A Disney Game it.....it's a game system with 12+ games already loaded on it. We found a system plus all the accessories a Costco for the same price as it was at Best Buy for just the system.

It really looked like fun but now I'll never get to know!! :teeth:

Bernadette raised my curiosity with her comment that Santa doesn't wrap presents at her house. Does anyone else do this? We have two trees, and I was thinking that we'd put wrapped presents from Mommy and Daddy under our traditional tree (in the living room) and an unwrapped Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and accessories from Santa under our Disney tree in our family room.

Amy - Santa has never wrapped gifts at our house (and never will). He always left an artful display of everything out, ready to play with (my gifts were always on one side of the fireplace, and my brother's on the other).

Of course, it's probably a trade-off - Santa didn't have to do any wrapping, but that meant he had to get everything out of the boxes, assembled, etc. He has very fond memories of putting together Star Wars ships on a cold back porch at 1 a.m. one year! :rotfl:

I think you are just supposed to shop online and post what you would wear?

what do you all think???

I bet she will love it! :thumbsup2

I can give a personal recommendation to the entire Tink (and Mickey Mouse) velour sweatsuit. They are some of the most comfortable sweatsuits I have ever purchased, and of pretty good quality. I had planned on just keeping one of them, but as they both fit so well and were so comfy, DH told me to keep them both!

You did good, Mom! Gotta love those Goofy coupons!

19. What is your favorite Christmas Song? Eveything except I want a Hippopotamus for Christmas.

Jacob's first grade class is singing this for the school Christmas program. It's pretty funny!

Good morning everyone! It's nice to see people returning, although I'm sure you would all rather be at Disney! I know I would!!!

Debbie - Thanks for the card! My kids absolutely loved it.

Tammi and Elin - I never liked the Peppermint ice cream. I'm just not that fond of the flavor. However, give me egg nog ice cream any old time!!!!

Vicki - I loved your pictures! They look so gorgeous!

Well, today is another busy one for me. I'm leaving in a couple of minutes to take the twins to preschool, then it's to my "wrapping room" to get some presents wrapped. I've only got an hour, as my SIL asked me to watch 2 of her kids today. I don't like to, but she's family. As long as I watch the kids with both eyes, there shouldn't be a problem. I've also got to do laundry and clean the kitchen today.

We are leaving tomorrow morning to go to my parents house. My dad is playing Scrooge in a production of A Christmas Carol, so we're going to see that. It should be a lot of fun! It will be a quick trip, as we'll be back Saturday night, but I still have to pack for 6 of us as well as get the car ready to go.

Tia - I hope you have a wonderful time! I'll probably miss you before you go, so I wanted you to know I'll be thinking about you!

Talk to you later, my friends!
