Glad to hear that it is not broken. :wizard: that it heals quickly!

The last on the American Girl subject, I promise.

I got Alyssa this doll

And these matching outfits for her and the doll

I love the AG dolls. That is a cute outfit. Look at your local craft shows for clothes for the dolls. There are a lot of cute things that people make for them that are just as cute but less expensive than the AG ones. My girls have a lot of AG stuff in their Barbie World (which Becky has renamed Doll World since their AG's and baby dolls now reside in there with the Barbies).

Santa wraps at our house. But I have another question along those lines? How many of your kids get presents from both Santa and you? All of my kids' presents come from Santa. I don't know why, other than that's how my parents did it. For those of you that give your kids presents as well, how do you determine which are from you and which are from Santa?

The things that the kids put in their letter or actually asked Santa for (usually the cool stuff) comes from Santa. The stuff from Dana & I are things we think they will like. We only started giving them gifts from us last year. Before the gifts only came from Santa. I give them gifts from us now to throw them off the track since they were asking why I give gifts to all the family but not them!!

Well I am a little biased here beings I love anything Tink! She will love them, I really like the tee.

I ordered myself the Tink jean jacket yesterday. I have got to stay away from that site lol

I hope so because the talk we had tonight about not getting everything that she asks for didn't go over so well. Nicholas got it, but I think it was too much for her to grasp. I gave her the spiel that if Santa runs out of a certain toy that you ask for he will pick something extra special that he thinks you will like even better, yada yada yada. Her response...."what if I don't, and what if I don't ever want to play with it, and it just sits there?" Oh boy. :sad2:

One of the biggest selling points to me for the AG doll over the Allysen doll is all the accessories & clothes that you can get everywhere for the AG doll. They won't fit the Allysen doll because she is smaller. You are very limited in what is available. Like the matching outfit that you bought her. I really think that she will be quite happy with the AG doll. It will last her many more years than the Allysen doll. I did end up buying the Allysen doll for my niece this year. My sister has similar issues with her DH so the kids are having a rough time. However, if it had been my daughter, I would have bought an AG instead.

Hi Amy. Great pictures of the kiddos. You have a good Santa too!

Santa wraps at our house. But I have another question along those lines? How many of your kids get presents from both Santa and you? All of my kids' presents come from Santa. I don't know why, other than that's how my parents did it. For those of you that give your kids presents as well, how do you determine which are from you and which are from Santa?

My kids get one present from Santa and the rest are from us. That is just the way it worked when I was a kid so it is the way I do it.

Well I'm all caught up on reading. Didn't take notes. Loved all the pictures of the kids with Santa, Christmas decorations, pets, trip pictures, and Ellen's new granddaughter. I'll work on a trip report later and will post pictures. I am also caught up with all my email from work. I'm off to get some projects taken care of for work. I'll be back on later tonight.

Does anyone have a number for Disney Shopping? I can't seem to find one on the website & I need to contact them. I sent an email last week & have not gotten a response yet
