I am finally tired enough to go to sleep. We were very busy at work today. so my feet and entire back were hurting when I got home. Advil does nottouch the pain in my feet. I still have some Vicodin that I have not thrown away yet. as I have come to realize I am allergic to it. I take it and try to go to sleep I wake up about an hour to 2 hours later then sleep poorly after that. well the last time I took some we were at Disney. I woke up about an hour after taking it and was itching all over the itching lasted all night. I would dose off then wake up itching. not fun.
so nigt all.

I was going to ask about mailing her a christmas card. Did you all put a regular 39 cent stamp on them?

It's more than that, but I can't remember how much I put on it. You can go to www.usps.com and "calculate postage"

Good Morning DDA!

Yes! You all were right about my twin brother! Most people don't believe us, even when we tell them our names. Tom and Tim.

Here is the rundown of my brothers. And yes Elizabeth, my Mom only had four boys, no girls.

My younger brother John on the left, then me, my older brother Charles, and then my twin Tim. Mom is in the center!

I can't believe that they are shutting us down tonight at 5:00! What will I do on my days off?
I guess I can be on Kitty watch again.

She has done some funny things already since she got here. She loves to tease the dog! She will get up high on the back of the sofa, and as soon as Sophie tries to get near her, she jumps right over her and runs the opposite way.

My biggest problem is keeping Sophie away from the kitty food.
Oh, and she FINALLY used her litter box last night! Whew! I was afraid that I was going to be cleaning up puddles soon!

The NYC meet sounds like it could be alot of fun! Just let me know for sure what days are planned so I can put my request in for the days off.

Today is Leighanna's last day of Preschool for the year! They are having their Christmas Party today and their gift exchange. She is excited to go! I am surprised that she isn't out of bed wondering if it is time to go yet!

When my wife picked Leighanna up from school yesterday, they had notes posted on everyone's cubby reminding them of the party and gift exchange. Along with a note to not forget treats to put in each child's stocking. I don't know who wrote the note, but they misspelled stocking three times on the note. They spelled it "stalking". I would think that with all the teachers and aides there, that they would have caught it before xeroxing 100 of these notes and posting them on everyone's cubby.

Good morning

Today is officially the 1st day of Christmas break. The boys do not return to school till the 3rd. I on the other hand do not have a day off till next Thursday. So much for getting to spend some time with them

Sounds like a great meet you all in the works for NYC. I know I will not be able to join, so I look forward to lots of pictures!

Deb - I am so glad you got the insurance for Hunter's stroller!

Becky - I can call you while the boards are down and sing the Love Boat theme! We have hundreds of minutes expiring every month on our cell phones, and long distance is included in our plan so I could talk for like 1000 minutes without making a dent in the rollover account.

Jennifer - I am so glad you asked about the Disney Scene It booster packs because I kept forgetting! Thanks, Kate, for the tip about Kohl's!

Tom - Glad the kitty used her box! One less thing to worry about!

Chris - Unlike some of you, I do not have an addiction. I simply enjoy stopping by the DDA now and then.

Elin - Glad you are off to a good start! Your DD would be very unhappy with me - 7 AM is the time everybody has to be in the food court for breakfast at Disney. And if we weren't actually AT Disney yet then I am thinking everybody would have had to be back in the car long before 7 AM!

Stephanie - Glad you got your cards out! And how thoughtful of the postman to comment on each destination!

I hope everyone has a great Friday! This week has seemed really long! And I didn't work Monday morning or Wednesday morning! I have to wrap some gifts (OK, I have to wrap ALL of the gifts, but I am wrapping in the order they will be given.) I have to brave the mall to pay a couple of bills today, so that should be interesting. I will pop back in later. Have to get my DIS time in before they shut down the boards! (But it is not an addiction.)

It looks like we've got a lot of rain coming tonight and tomorrow. I think it's the same front that Colorado just got except it is warmer here There is however a possibility of a Nor'Easter her on Tuesday. It just doesn't feel like Christmas with green grass instead of white snow.

Colby says good morning. Most importantly, Colby was dry this morning I bet Santa will bring him something extra special if he stays dry until Sunday. I think last night had something to do with him being up at midnight with very bad foot pain. We felt so helpless as he laid curled in a ball crying. He didn't want anyone to touch him as it hurt so bad. Thankfully we got some Motrin in him and I coaxed him into a very hot bath which relieved the pain and allowed him to go back to sleep. He peed while he was up so that helped the dry morning Now to give him enough praise that he will want to continue

I finally had my passport picture taken yesterday, it looks like a mug shot

Now I just need to get to the courthouse!

I need to get some things done around here before I leave for work. I will pop back in before I go!

So it looks like Elizabeth and I will be making phone calls to give you all a DDA fix. Theresa is up for one, anyone else? I enjoy talking to everyone when I get the chance, but I don't want to intrude on anyone's RL. I won't start calling until 9 PM tonight. Chris will be with me for the next 11 days so I'm sure that he would actually like to "talk" to some of you too. It seems strange having Chris so involved in this aspect of my life, but it is a nice strange.

We are checked into the Hampton Inn in Darien, GA. We will leave here early tomorrow morning. Kathrin asked what timethey should set their alarm for and when I graciously said, "7:00," Kristin went cross-eyed. 7:00 a.m. is a good time for her to go to bed, not get up! LOL She can sleep in the car. We are about 4 hours from WDW and ought to be there in time for lunch!

Robyn - tell Molly I will say hi to Mickey for her.

We got the freezing rain so there was a 2 hour delay for all the area schools. Becky is up now and getting ready. We are trying to see if it is still a 2 hour delay or whether it was cancelled. The temperature has increased so it doesn't seem to be slippery out there now. I think I'll drive Becky to school today so that Katrina & I have a car though.

After work today, I'm checking to see what I need for Christmas and going shopping for whatever is needed. I'll also be getting the Christmas tree with the girls.
