The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 18

I don't have time to catch up. Just got home from the doctors. After seeing a doctor, having a spiral CT and bloodwork, they are fairly confident that I have kidney stones. Actually they know that I have one in the left kidney that it 7 MM. Unfortunately, my pain is on the right side and they couldn't see anything significant on that side. I do have blood in my urine and crystals so they think I'm trying to pass something and it must be way up by the kidney which means it has a loooong ways to go. My kidneys aren't enlarged and my cell counts are normal. The treatment is to have my seen by Urology and the first appointment is Jan 2. She gave me pain meds until then. I've got to feed the kids and get them dressed for the concert. See you later.

Yeah! I hope you can figure out a way to go to Disney. I am feeling a little jealous today. Bil stopped by & said he is going to try & book a trip to Disney & they would leave tomorrow! I really wish I cold do something like that.

I am trying to be positive here though as dh & I only have about 2 1/2 months till we leave for Europe. Flights are booked, rooms are booked, & most of the train tickets that we need once we are there are booked. Dh is doing a wonderful job of getting things planned out for us.

But I am still jealous of bil & sil lol

2 of my friends just planned to go to disney on Jan 8 and now im trying to figure out a way to go to ,but it doesnt look good..but it wont stop me from trying to find a way!

Ok this is totally off the wall, but I just have to say it. I love the pic I have in my sig, but I was leary of posting it. I want everyone to know that I am wearing a skort, so my shorts are showing not my underwear

Janet - They will leave TOMORROW? Okey dokey! I hope they like counter service food! Do they realize kids are getting out of school for the holiday? Friday is the first night of Hanukkah, and Friday is DS's last day of school until Jan. 3. Everybody will be trying to get to Disney before the rates change on Dec. 19. But if they want to leave tomorrow then I wish them all the best!

Oh my Deb I am sorry to hear this. Please take care! I have never had them, but know people that have & they are painful. Hope the pain meds help till you get to the Dr.

Oh, Deb! I can totally sympathize!!! Since getting married 16 years ago, I've had 10 bouts with kidney stones. No fun at all!!!! Hopefully the pain meds will help you out!

That is hilarious!! Since the gowns are finished I turned the images back off, but I had to click your sig and purposely look to see if I thought your panties were showing! but you know, the trend seems to be NO panties, so better to see panties than the alternative!!! (But it doesn't look like your panties are showing anyway!)

Lucky you! One earthquake in my lifetime is enough! Glad there is no damage.

Not only was today a rainy day. Although it actually cleared up and was quite nice in the 60's but cloudy. We had a bit of a rumble. We had a anywhere from 2.8 to 3.7 magnitude earthquake today. That is due to different richter machines the 3.7 was a local machine and the 2.8 was out in Colorado. No damage is reported. Its not the first time we've had one.

But if you buy the one day and don't use it, you have to make it a non-expiring ticket. Otherwise you will lose it.

I don't think that is true with a one day ticket. I don't think non-expiring is an option unless your ticket has at least 2 days. The rule is the ticket expires 14 days from the day you use the first day, but one day tickets don't expire if you don't use them in 14 days.

That is what I told him & they are fine with that. He wants to make it to the Christmas party tomorrow night. I have not heard back from them, but I do wish them luck! They are such a fun couple, they will enjoy themselves no matter what.

You know I am to blame for this. I talked them into going with us last year in Feb. & they are hooked! This will be their 5th trip since then if they go.
