Thanks for asking, Amy. She's no better, but no worse. PT was in today, and she couldn't bear her weight, so I'm not sure where we go from here. I don't think the neurologist came in yesterday as the doctor said he would, so maybe we will find out more tomorrow. It's so upsetting seeing her like this. She shakes from the massive amounts of steroids, and she talks out of her head from the massive amounts of pain killers. I should buy stock in Zantac, as much as I've been going through lately. If it weren't for my DH and my DDA friends, I would be in much worse shape. I appreciate all of your good thoughts and prayers, and having a place to vent when I need to. Pictures of all of your cute kids also bring smiles to my face. Keep them coming!

Hey Debbie....I've been thinking about your slideshow. How about the Mission Space theme? I think it's called Destiny. I've seen a slideshow with that as the opening song and thought it was great.

I don't recall that one, I've only redden MS once, I have trouble with motion sickness but was determined to give it a try, so I was kinds nervous while in line, and even more so when I saw the b bags on the console!

I'm new to the boards, this is my first post. I'm not even sure if I'm doing this right. I have seen a lot of the designs and stuff on here and I am amazed. I was wondering if any of you might have some designs for tshirts that i could use? My 2 daughters and I are taking my grand daughter to disney in march. It's the first time for all of us and I would love to be able to do up some tshirts for us. thank you

Thanks for asking. It rained here all day today, but we built the deck anyway. We have a 12 X 12 canopy and since the deck was 10 X 4 we were able to put the tent over the deck and work under it. We still got wet, but did I mention that the deck is done. Oh yeah, it looks amazing and I am totally stoked. Chris, My brother and a good friend finished it after I went to work tonight so I was too dark to take photos when I got home. I'll take some pictures tomorrow.

Hello, and welcome to our group! I think you'll be able to find what you are looking for. If you go to the Creative DISigns page you'll see a Sticky thread that is called DISign gallery (or something like that). A lot of our designers have their designs there. You can look through those designs and then PM the designer to get their permission, etc. Most of them are really great about helping you figure it all out.

If you have an idea for a design, but don't know how to go about it, you can start a thread asking for help. It would probably get lost on this monster thread, but starting a new thread kind of gets your request seen by the designers.

You'll find that we are a friendly group. I hope you'll stick around and let us get to know you! We love to have newcomers to our little family. This group is full of advice on shirts, trip planning, etc.

OMG I'm so excited! I got my gas bill today! (never thought you'd hear those two sentances together did ya? )
To give you a back story...we have a gas line that goes behind our house to our barn. About three years ago, the line broke (small leak but enough to scare the crap out of us) and it was deemed our fault because it's a private line not the public gas line. Since we are on budget our gas bill shot through the roof for a year and a half (the leak wasn't noticed for almost two weeks.) It was at $172 for a year, then dropped to $98 then this year it's been at $66. (Becuase we were on budget, we have to pay a set amount each month; because of the leak, it went up alot and we've had a HUGE balance since then.) They just refigured our balance again (budget up in August) and we *still* have a huge balance with the gas company, they dropped our budget to $25!!!
It's hard not to close the account and get the $ that they've been sitting on, but it'll be a live saver this winter knowing we only have to pay $25.
That's my exciting news for today.

Just back from the doctor for Matthew -- wouldn't you know it, 3 days before our insurance kicks in the kid gets bitten by some sort of unidentifiable insect... $43.80 later and he's now in the tub. Benadryl to follow. The bite spread to almost 2" and was red, hot and tender. Poor kid!

Michael (dh) had (and still has) an allergic reaction to the sun while we were at Disney. It is horribly itchy and OTC meds aren't doing much for him. He is way too stubborn to see a doctor about it, though. I'm hoping that it will go away in a few days now that he isn't in the sun anymore. Fortunately it didn't start until Thursday, and we came home on Saturday.

Well, I tried the Mexican Casserole tonight. I can't remember who posted the original recipe, but thank you. I thought it was very yummy! I did however, leave out the kidney beans, and the kids have requested that next time I leave out the tomatos as well. So then it will be just meat, chips and cheese.
