Elin- I was thinking about this post last night, and wasn't sure I knew how old your daughters were, I thought they were in their early to mid twenties, but am I mixing their ages up with Vicki's daughters?

Kristin just turned 20 this month and Kathrin will turn 28 on our WDW trip in October. So, if I remember correctly... you are between them, right?

:sunny: Good Morning Elin

Morning, Debbie! :wave2: I bet I missed you as I was playing catch up and not paying attention to what was going on in "real" time.

Thank you all for the birthday wishes :goodvibes

We had a really nice weekend at Fun City. The boys had a blast & dh & I were able to have some alone time :thumbsup2

I do not have time to catch up now, but we will work on it this afternoon. Time to get ready for work.

Talk to you all later!

Lindsey hope you are having a wonderful time! Sorry this is late, but I was thinking of you :goodvibes

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!!

:cake: party: :cake:

Good morning Elin & Debbie

Gotta go now!

Deb -- I thought of you this morning as I was reading the headlines in our local paper. A few of the fire departments in our area donated unused equipment to a small Vermont town over the weekend. When I looked it up I discovered it is not that far from you... about an hour. The volunteers from Tinmouth drove the 15 hours over the weekend to come pick up the equipment. Sounds as if they are young... a junior department it says. The young men interviewed were both 15. I thought that was pretty cool.

Off to get some more work done. Do any of you have experience with yard sales? I have SIX boxes of good quality clothes and am seriously thinking of doing a yard sale. My older DD says I should call it my "I am getting skinny" yard sale and give any unused NutriSystem food away as a bonus. (There are a few things I have gotten that I don't care for.) I never go to yard sales and have absolutely no idea how to price clothes! These are mostly sets like sweaters and dress slacks. Suits, blazers, lots of Quacker Factory stuff from QVC. Holiday sweaters and dresses. Any suggestions?

Morning all. Hope everyone had a good weekend! Have a great day, DDA.

Morning Everyone! Just a quick drive by post...I actually have to go to work today!?! I've been off from work since the 23rd, and it's always hard to go back...I should actually go in early so I can review my million emails that I'm sure I have...
Other than that, nothing exciting going on here. I'll try to check in later on today if I have time!
Have a wonderful day DDA!!!

and Good Morning to you also.............Denise and Chanon

Busy weekend so I am not even going to try and catch up beyond the last 2-3 pages. Hopefully I will be able to check-in during the day today.

Everyone have a great day..............Lynn

I have done all of my pages 8" X 8". I'm going to remove the kids names for Paula. I was going to add her kids names, but if I leave them blank I could make a disc for both of you. Just let me know.

Deb

Deb -- I would be grateful for a disc, but if they are the correct size, I can probably figure out how to change names. Thank you so very much!

Thanks for asking. It rained here all day today, but we built the deck anyway. We have a 12 X 12 canopy and since the deck was 10 X 4 we were able to put the tent over the deck and work under it. We still got wet, but did I mention that the deck is done. Oh yeah, it looks amazing and I am totally stoked. Chris, My brother and a good friend finished it after I went to work tonight so I was too dark to take photos when I got home. I'll take some pictures tomorrow.

Deb

Can't wait to see pictures! Between church and visiting mom I didn't get much done -- we did have a run-in with a snake, who got away from us for the second time this week. Snake's really creep me out, so I'm hoping that he meets his demise this week....

Have any of you ever had bunnies for pets? The girls decided yesterday when we move they want a bunny, I just want to know if it's feasible.

I didn't, but my boss did. They were so much more work than they anticipated, and lived very, very long lives. When she last moved and her kids had gotten older and weren't interested, she tried giving them away. Couldn't, so she ended up paying a bunny rescue group to take the remaining rabbit. Hopefully you get more input from someone else who actually raised rabbits. Good luck!

Paula -- I'm so glad to hear your DH will be home at the end of this week!

Elin -- glad you had a great visit with your girls yesterday and congrats on going down another pants size! I'm a stress eater, so I've eaten way too much this weekend! Back to counting point this week for me!

Chanon -- good luck on catching up!

To my DDA family: Here's a :sunny: to start your week! Have a great day!
