Mexican we had that last night. My DGM loves going to this one mexican restraunt. so that is what we did for her official birthday.
Her party is sun.

Asthma hell = the humidity, I stay in AC as much a possible. Funny thing though, when we were is Disney in Sept. and the temp was 90º at 7:00 am everyday the humidity didn't bother me.

Okay I just got through wrapping presents. I did not realize I had found so much dress up stuff till I went to wrap it.

Amy, it's so wonderful to hear from you and to see pictures of the adorable kiddies!!! Matthew looks so sweet, and Alyssa looks like she absolutely adores him! I'm so glad that things are going well for you guys. Don't worry too much about being alone with 2 babies. It will get easier, each and every day! Just get as much rest as you can. If Alyssa won't let you nap, at least put a Disney movie on for her and you might be able to sneak a 20 minute cat nap or so. It will make all the diffrence!

Once again, congratulations on the beautiful baby and the adorable family! I'm so thrilled for you!

DH and I have to speak in our Church tomorrow, so I've been working on that. Now, I've got my talk done, so I'm going to reward myself with a trip to the library.....ALONE!

I hope all of you are having a good day. I just finished my last 1/2 day at the fill-in job! Now, a few days off and then it's back to school to the real job.

Paula--your website is beautiful and touching. I hope you get lots of support from it.

To everyone that welcomed me to the friendship--thank you! I am glad to meet all of you!

I think it was Kate that said it was "flippin' hot". It is definitely that here, too. To top it off, about 5 minutes before I got to work this morning, my AC in the car stopped working. That was ok until I got off work at 12:45 and it was 95 degrees. Pair that with a 30 minute drive home, and I was one sweaty, unhappy camper!

I'm waiting on DH to get home now from his parents' and then we are going over to our friends' house for dinner. Have a great Saturday afternoon and stay cool, everyone!

Oh wow Oh wow - I just knew when I logged on that you would have posted pictures (don't ask me where that feeling came from!!)

OMG!!!!!!! SIL A and I made a website for SIL T

WOW was that hard to do with kids running around and calling SIL A every hour I think it was about all the things we wanted to get in it.
Let me know what you think of the job we did. Keep in mind that we have a lot of work yet, but we did this in about 7 hours.

We went to see Pirates today, definitely not a movie for small children, we enjoyed it but it won't be on my list of all time favorites.

Good afternoon everyone! Wow it has been quiet here today, do you hear the echooooooooo lol

I had an interesting day at work. A customer found a ladies purse in the restroom. I looked in the wallet to find a name so I could call her. I live in Illinois & her DL was from Utah! I was so hoping this person was not traveling alone & get stranded somewhere without her purse. About 2 1/2 hours later a gentleman calls wanting to know if we had found a purse. I said yes & he was so relieved(as was his wife). They were almost to Chicago where they would be boarding a plane to go back home. He asked me if I could overnight the purse to their home address. After I hung up I got to thinking that without her ID she might not be able to board the plane. I left & had just pulled into Staples & my cell rang. It was work telling me not to ship the purse. They had called & said they would not be able to get on the plane without her ID. A couple more minutes & the purse would have been packed & ready to go! They had to drive all the way back to get her purse. I felt so bad for them. They made it back to our store around 4:30, wow what a long day for them. They got their flight changed & will be staying the night in town. They will head back to Chicago tommorow. I hope she does not lose sight of her purse again


Hope every one in DC is having a wonderful time & staying cool. It is really hot & humid here today as well. Looks like that is how it is going to be for the next few days
