Cassidy had one of those 7/8 years ago....long story but the dentist is never practicing again. It went way beyond a regular infection...the poor kid. Becky should be fine.....Wish her a Happy Birthday from me. Tell her if a 6 year old can do it so can she!!

Becky wants to know if she was put to sleep or was awake for the procedure? That is the part that she is worrying about. She is going to be awake for the procedure.

PS: Jo - I really like the "it was all started by a mouse"! I see that really standing out! I also love anything vintage, so I'm picturing this washed and cracked...I might have to borrow that one!

FOR THOSE OF YOU AFRAID TO FLY:

The last major airline crash in the US was in Dec of 2001 -

and last year - 1200 people who drove because they were afraid drive died in car accidents - there were no major airline fatalities

I sat next to a therapist on a plane one time - he was awesome - his best tip was to close my eyes breathe deeply and think of the happiest time in my life - it really helps!!!

THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR SUPPORT THESE PAST FEW WEEKS!!!

The doctor's office just called and told me that Nicks test looks normal!

I still want to talk with Nick's doctor to find out what caused the original test to be abnormal -

but the nurse said that the echo is much more accurate than an EKG!!

I can not even tell you all how relieved I am!!!!

Thanks for the update. We will all sleep better tonight knowing that Nick is ok. What a scare for your family.

Ok, I'm now telling my boss that I'm no longer driving to Lansing because it is not safe! When I am on a plane and get nervous, I remind myself of these things. It is much safer in the air than in a car.

I think the only one who will be upset by the lack of diagnosis will be Nick

he has really learned how to milk Mommy and Daddy by saying

"me sick"

two weeks ago our doctor put him on an antibiotic and since he finished it - we really feel like he is back to his old self - the lethargy and headaches are gone!

I would say for 6-8 weeks he really wasn't okay - it has been a really long couple of months!!! I am so relieved it is all over - I hate drama!!!
