I have kind of been around all day but have been trying to run some erands too, and of course trying to keep up with my trippie too.

Those festivals sound funny... I love the sound of the Gas, Food and Lodging Music Festival... how they come up with all these ideas is beyond me

Would love to go to a few one day though, just so I can see how the Americans do these things

I'm still here, too.

You can do a TR within a PTR...I've done it without much problem...just as long as it's not really long like scott said.

I think my DL one was 2 or 3 installments.

I'm still here too! I live in NH & right over the "border" in Maine they have a strawberry festival every June. They have lots of food booths, craft booths. It is a lot of fun. And of course the strawberry shortcake & cheesecake!!

But I had to tell you...we have a strawberry festival on LI too! I LOVE IT! I am the strawberry queen. I eat pounds of them at a time. They are my absolute favorite. And the strawberry festival has the BEST strawberry shortcake. and chocolate covered strawberries. And now, im drooling in class just thinking about it all. We'll have to compare pictures! Ours isnt until fathers day weekend, and I so can't wait. You're lucky yours is so soon!

A little background on our Strawberry Festival involvement. My grandpa, my mom's dad, LOVED everything strawberries. He had a huge field full of them, and months before the festival people would order their berries from him because his were SO good. Not only that, he would make crafts and wine. He could make ANYTHING. (I'll have to post some pictures sometime).

On the weekend of the festival, we'd set up a spot and barbeque and sell all of his things. It was so much fun. He died 11 years ago from cancer
I feel like a part of him lives on when we participate in the festival because he loved it that much. Miss you grandpa!!
