Yes we have eaten in both Rainforest Cafes at WDW as well as one in London and one at Disneyland Paris. It is such great fun in there, and the food is good too. We have been to Cosmic Rays twice and really liked the toppings bar and the ABC Commissary at MGM and then food courts at POR, POFQ, AKL and ASM - all were good but we still prefer table service. We did think about doing the dining plan but thought we would end up wasting to many CS credits as nearly everywhere we wanted to eat was TS.

Oh so Darrens parents may not be going - that could be good couldn't it . Hope you get the result you want there.

I did want the alone time with Darren, but I'm not hoping they DON'T go because they really want to. I just didn't like them inviting themselves when we told them we were going.

Don't know the answer on the Panama City Beach trip. I would just put it here, but if you don't just link to it, and I'll find it.

It's shinier in person but everyone always asks me about it.. I can tell the Mickey fans b/c they spot Mickey right away... other people think they are hearts LOL

You are going to LOVE MNSSHP if you decide to go. It's an annual event for DH and I now. We did the Christmas party in 2007 and think the Halloween party is much better. I am hoping to do Pirate's and Princess this year.

I got this back in 2005 at the World of Disney store Downtown Disney. I don't know if they still have them or not.. I can't remember the exact price but I do know it wasn't pricey. I got it my first trip and I know we didn't have a huge budget.. I'd definately say it's under 40 bucks lol

Where have all my friends gone??

A little daily news from us. Every year, Louisiana has the Strawberry Festival for a weekend. People set up booths, bands play, they have carnival rides, and a parade.
We're going to be in the parade this year. My cousin Melissa (my matron of honor from the wedding) and her husband built a float and we're going to help paint it today.
We've been in the parade twice before, it's SOOO much fun! Our float won first place the time before last, we had it decorated like a flat of strawberries, it was really cute! This year we're not trying to win, we just want to have fun.

So it's this Saturday, and I will definitely have pictures for y'all afterwards! But y'all have to come out of hiding and let me know you're still with me!!

I almost forgot...I was reading a few pages back and saw you and Melissa discussing "Bug Juice"...LOVE it. I seriously used to tape it off the tv all the time and watch it obsessively. wow, I had completely forgotten about that show. crazy.

We're going to Panama City Beach May 3-10. We went to Destin last year. You will LOVE it. Make sure y'all rent a scootcar!!! (Pictures coming soon!!)

Glad you're still with me. I've seen people post alot of off topic things in their TRs, but I guess this is a new rule since the sticky was recently created. This pre-tr hasn't exactly been on topic since I started it, so I guess I can keep going with it! If I get told not to do it, I'll make a new thread. Everyone seems to be enjoying it so far though!
