Good Morning!! It's was a balmy 68 degrees this morrning, temps not expected to go much past 78. I think WALisa brought the cool weather east with her. :goodvibes:goodvibes

My to do list:

Feed cats
Wash dishes
a load of laundry in the wash, one in the dryer, and put a load away. Mt. Washmore just never goes away.
Write in DD's communication book
Get DD up and ready for school
caffeinate
work
check with P96 if she got my page layout
work on house card. A friend of mine is buying a house, and I want to try making a house card with pics on it.
maybe pick up DH's new truck
only one day till I see Lindababe and Caroline!!:yay::yay:

Lisa, so tomorrow you get to meet up with Lindababe and Caroline? What fun that'll be!!!

It's raining!!!!!!:woohoo: And, it's a nice steady rain. I sure hope it does this all day. We need the rain so badly and all we seem to get is about 30 minute downpours every couple of days.

My day:
Clean
Clean
Clean
Laundry
Laundry
Go to work for a few hours to make my big sign to advertise my classes. I've had the class samples made, but the manager wasn't able to give me time to put them together on a sign until today.
Teach my first class of this new bunch. It's my favorite of them. It's a texture class and we use 8 different techniques to create texture on a canvas to end up with a picture wall hanging. I've got 4 of my past students signed up which is a good number for teaching it for the first time.

Have a great day everyone!

Stephanie

Raining here too.

Need to finish watching the last episode of a mini-series I have DVR'd and then off to clean the house. I have let it go the last few days, but need to get back into the routine I have for it. Nan's idea for a schedule/list worked really well for about two months. It will work again once I catch back up.

Hope everyone has a great start to their weekend!

We had the rain yesterday and last night, it's bright and sunny here this morning :)

Stephanie--I love, love, love the layout you posted yesterday :) Wish I could come to your class!

Seems like cleaning and laundry is the theme for the day ;)

Drop Rachel at camp
Buy tickets for her "Hairspray" performance at the end of the month
Tackle deep cleaning the bathrooms (the girls do the weekly cleaning, but, they're teenagers and they always miss the corners)
Laundry (bed linens)
Maybe work on swap stuff
Pick Rachel up
Dinner--chicken?????

Have a great day all :)

Hi everyone!!

It looks like rain here, too! I am doing laundry & cleaning, plus trying to get ready to go to the cabin for tonight and tomorrow!

Not much of a real list--just got to knock some projects off & get packed!

Have a super-wonderful Friday, everyone!!

The schedule/list works.. believe me.. I live by it!!! :)

Ok, need to go watch the shuttle launch and then back here to check things out!!!

Hey Annie~~~~~

PJ got a photo of the unspeakable moment!!!!! I will send it this weekend... but it will be in a separate email so that if you are looking at them with the kids you'll know not to open it!!!! I about fell out of my chair when I saw it on her camera!!! C lost it... he reminded me we owed it to buffy!

Just had to watch the final launch minutes ago. I remember when the first flight, not even an orbit, carried Alan Shepard - dating myself now.
DGS turns 13 today - he is at camp and loving it. One more week to spend with him - this month has gone by too quickly. Wonder if he'll feel too old to come stay with grandma next summer??? Isabella, now 8 months will have many more summers.
Going to see Lisa, MomE and Lindababe in the morning - planning cruise activities.

Prayers and PD to all in need. Have a great day. :thumbsup2

I would love all your photos.

I was telling DH about the moment and how I whisked Little Bit away because I didn't want to get into a discussion. And he laughs and says they already saw something on the Discovery channel that showed most of it. They've already had the "discussion". LOL I worried over nothing.

I will be using up some of my Shutterfly credits after I get them to print them out.

Its a decent looking day today. Still semi cool. but its nice to cool off the house.

Pretty much a do nothing day.
I need to run to town got to PO and check the mail,
go to the bank
stop by my moms run another load of laundry or two, my part should be here today so I will have a washer this weekend.
I have tomorrow off!! So I think we are going to the drive in to see Cars2 but they changed the second movie to something else not sure i want to watch it.
Dinner-spaghetti

What a waste of a day. Property management company finally got the approval to fix all of the broken stuff in this house. They came out yesterday, did part, no we'll be by tomorrow at x time actually told the sitter that it would be next week. Call at 11am to say they are on their way. I was on my way out the door to do my errands. Cant go downstairs and work cause they are working on the landing. Exhausted kids that cant nap because of the noise. :headache: This on top of having to wait for the stupid dishwasher allllllll day tuesday. Erg!!

Good thing i have tomorrow off or I would just have to scream.

Ok Vent over.:headache:

LOL!!!

Let's just say we were going to have to explain the birds and the bees to the younger boys!!!!! All the parents were like, turn, walk, this is a sight we don't want to discuss with you yet..and the kids are trying to turn and look what was happening... of course the zoo attendents were all chuckling as the parents we're trying to look because it was complete shock but try to avoid the kids seeing it... LOL
