Morning all ~ prayers and PD to all dealing with the excess rain and flooding in the NE, stay safe!



lots to do today:
megan up and out - happy girl and looking forward to her day!
home to can't decide to get up a bit earlier for coffee and or wait til I get home from drop off

finish touching up paint around the house and 2nd coat on brackets for drapes
load of items to garage for SIL to put on craigslist
change megan's dr appt for shots due to dance schedule
do prepay for parking for Sat Mariner game - we got free tickets from the Moyer Foundation/Camp Erin for all the families to enjoy a game together , parking $$ so prepay and save a few bucks
pay bills
make grocery list for tomorrow
hope to scrap a couple pages
p/u megan
homework??
dinner out again tonight FIL & his GF are coming up to take us out for my B-day

I worked on the cruise swap today. I'm almost done! Had to do a few errands, get a prescription filled, etc., but mostly crafted.

We're having leftover tacos for dinner tonight. First girl scout troop meeting of the year. Should be fun.

Morgan is already done with her homework. I told her no TV today for leaving her "book talk" until the last possible minute yesterday. She's bored. Read a book, dear.

crazy busy day all ready!!

Started out with DD#2 locking us out of the house and then me having to walk to the bus stop to borrow DD's phone and call my sister to come let us in.

Today was supposed to be a fairly easy day. Nope, not happening that way at all.

Work was crazy, couldn't wait to leave.
Home to work on swap, nope phone rang off the hook again today.
Bomb threat at high school. School still standing, just inconvenienced all the students and staff. Plus cost the district a ton of money. Ugh!!!!
School Committee meeting tonight 6:30, please send me lots of pixie dust for an uneventful meeting.

Police are investigating. Most of the students were very unhappy with the disruption to their day. It is very sad that the actions of one person can affect so many people. Our MS and HS are on one campus so MS students felt a small impact too. Didn't help when the tunderstorm hit, alot of nervous kids. Happily the staff reassured everyone about the safety of the students and the precautions being taken to keep it that way. Just makes for a tough day for everyone.

Off to bed.

Oh, that's horrible Cassey! Anytime is rough, but right around the anniversary of 9/11 has to be tough on everyone too.
