Happy Friday!!!

Megan had a great time helping yesterday. Was an alternative “shelter pop up”. Had showers, food, counseling and tables with board games. She said it was eye opening and touching to hear some of the stories.

Pack up her list of things she wants from home.
Pack up donations for the Haiti event I’m going to tonight
Make a batch of cookies for my girl
Load of towels
Strip bed
Afternoon shift until 4:30
Attend event, get to see some friends too!

Wish we had some crisp air, still dealing with feels like temps of over 100. It's already 82 with 100% humidity and the sun's not even up yet

Working at my small town restaurant today - it’s mostly family that work there (friends) and their neice was killed in car accident and funeral is today. DD used to work and she’s covering today too
Out to dinner with DH - I’ll be too tired to cook

Finish unpacking from last weekend's Disney trip
