I'm thinking I need to start watching Glee!!

Not too much going on here today, BIL took a turn for the worse last night and DH & his GF took him back to the hospital last night. PET scan and MRI today-hoping for some good news.

I can't watch Glee with the kids because they want to chit/chat.. so I have to dvr it and watch it while they are at school!! My DH was laughing at all the shows I was dvr the series for last night.... I'm like well, it seems when I want to sit down all heck breaks lose... so I'm not gonna miss what happens just because they kids lose their brains! LOL

Really my lists look worse then they are!! Really.. lots of it others do (getting themselves ready and such)....but I'm a list checker... everything needs to be checked off....

Hope they are able to figure out what is up quickly.

I can't watch Glee with Morgan because it's just not appropriate DH bugs me about it and if I watch it in bed, I usually fall asleep, so I'll have to watch it downstairs tonight (at least it's on earlier).

I just re-worked the Medieval Banner and tried this spray called...Maya Mists (acid free).. called Latte Metallic...and it looks cool.. I'll let it dry.. add the letters and post a photo... but the stuff seems neat... they had lots of colors but I need it to look more "early time/distress" w/ out killing a ink pad.

First girl scout meeting of the year is done. We're meeting at the library (in a meeting room in the basement), which is directly across the street from the school. Okay, good, right? The library director came up to me just as the meeting was ending and said that one of the dads there picking up was "rough-housing" with a girl out in the main area of the library and then was "verbal" when told not to do it. Um, hello? Do I have any control over what an adult does in a public place? If you have a problem with him, call the police. Then she had the nerve to start making noise about letting us meet there...Last time I checked, the library was a public place that's run by a Board of Trustees, not the Director.

Really, I get it, they're liable, but what exactly could I do that she hadn't already done? And, could she have not done it in front of parents there picking their kids up?

Jennifer you are so right. And yes she has first say but final say lies with the board (or at least with our library) course if she's anything like our director she thinks she OWNS the place.
