The Daily Grind ~7/16/11~

It's the WEEKEND!! Day #1!!!

I had a great time with my friend yesterday. We went to all the shops we don't usually get to go to... unique giftie shop where I got the Minnie to go with the Mickey in my "What's in your Heart" charm locket kitchen store, Christmas Tree Hill, then ended up @ Dress Barn where I got 2 dresses on the 50% clearance rack and then got an additional 25% off that! SCORE!!

Today I have to work... is the weekend really the weekend if you have to work?

My list for today

Feed pups
Make sicky pup her puppy chow for the next few days...

Swish, Swipe and Swiffer

Make a dinner for work
Work @ 3p

It's Harry Potter day! I'm so excited and yet at the same time, very sad. I remember being hugely pregnant with Morgan when the FedEx man brought my Goblet of Fire book to the house (July 8th). She was born the 10th. It's been a great decade plus since I've been enjoying the books and movies...Sigh...

Morgan's friend is coming with us, and then we'll probably get dinner and come home and make Butterbeer. The girls are sleeping in the dining room, I'm sure they'll have a ball making videos with Morgan's new camera.

Deb, sounds like you had an awesome shopping day yesterday!
Jen, have a great time at Harry Potter. I have to work this weekend so DH and I will probably go see it next weekend. We also HAVE to see the Winnie the Pooh movie too!!! I asked DH which one we'd see first and he gave me "the look"! But, then he did say we'd see both!!!

My day:
Laundry
Pack up supplies for crop - it's crop day at my Michaels
buy some beads for class
Set up equipment in the classroom for crop
Take bead class - we are doing crimping today! - I can take the first hour of the class with no problems, but the 2nd hour is when I'm on the clock and when the crop starts. My manager is letting me put the bead class at the other end of the classroom so that if I'm not needed for the crop during that first hour, I can still participate in the class and if I'm needed, then I'll just listen in! I have a great manager!
Work - I working the crop so I'll be helping scrappers and scrapping (of course it's store stuff I'll be working on, but still it's fun!)

My sicky pup has megaesophagus. It means her food has to be processed to like a milkshake consistancy, and she has to eat in a special chair my DH built for her. She has good days and bad days...

Staples - he got his back to school list yesterday
