The Daily Grind -- 6/26/11

Good Sunday Morning all! hope everyone is enjoying their weekend!

the sun is out today and looking beautiful!

Rachel hope you "survived" recitals yesterday!

Megan did a great job with her clearing out and re-organizing....lets hope it will last for a LONG while! sending a box of clothes to a friend, 1 sack of paper recycling (mostly school stuff from her binder, etc) 1 half full trash bag and another bag to donate!

I didn't scrap anything yesterday, but did go through camp photos, cropped them and pulled paper and embellies, so might get those done today!

Today we are going to see Cars2!!! home for a few hours then heading to friends for a BBQ tonight!

Today,
DS15 is at a friends.. will be home about lunch time...
DS10 is watching a movie..
DH and DD are headed to G-pa's to finish her woodworking project
I'm still recovering from an 8 hour, yes 8 hour Senior photo session.... they had to have taken 1000 photos... there were 2 photographers.... DD had a blast and I am glad my mom went with me so I had someone to talk to throughout the day... (my sister came for a while too). I can't wait to get the CDs in.....

Today:
meet w/ 4-H leader to hand over the scrapbook stuff...she is handling meeting today because I am exhausted....
clean house cause no one picked up after themselves yesterday (figures)
I hope to come down and scrapbook mid-afternoon

WOW Nan 8 hours

I'll be lucky if I get Sarah to cooperate for 2 hours of photos. I'm taking her senior portraits this week in the mountains. She is in the process of gathering her outfits and her props

Lisa--enjoy the movie

I heading to the mountains to pick Rachel up and have dinner with her and DH, then we'll come home so DH can have a couple "alone tme" days and Rachel can start drama camp tomorrow.

Thanks Lisa, I did survive yesterday. Now to do it again today!! Only in a different order. DBF and I will be watching today, makes my job a little harder for sure. Sit and watch and run back, change, sit and watch, run back change. Then we have the after party which the girls love.

Other than that, Im going to do some moving things around. THe kitchen is still a disaster and its been a week. Gonna have to crack the whip on these lazies around here.

Yes, just for PJ!! We thought 4 hours tops...but they found places all over the county and all over the farm so there we went.. The old farm house looks like it was dropped from the Wizard of Oz! On the land was a beautiful limestone wall w/ a natrual spring too... so she had all kinds of photos there... then she trashed the dress in the creek for about an hour... We will definitely not have cookie-cutter photos! We have the yearbook photo to take in town in 2 weeks but it's a 15 minute photo shoot....
