I kinda refuse to celebrate cinco de mayo - why should the USA when Mexico doesn't celebrate 4th of July?? most people just want an excuse to get drunk so that is why they do, and don't really know what they are partying for

Scrapbooking day is what I'm thinking about - but I think I'm going to inkscape something for primeval Whirl (did a google search on it & was looking at images & saw my scrapbook pages from 2010 - didn't see the newer ones)

today is Primeval Whirl & laundry
thankfully the Yeti is done - that white paper on him was a big pain, had 3 sheets completely ruined.

supposed to have some decent weather the next couple of days!
going to get chores done today so we can go play tomorrow with Rachal, her DBF, oldest DD and little man DS ....meeting them downtown at the aquarium, then some waterfront strolling, and hit the Pike Place Market!

Today is a total scrapbooking day - should get a lot completed.
Feeling much more comfortable - physical therapy yesterday was painful, but today I am walking much more easily! By the time I get to WDW in less than 3 weeks now with my grandson, walking, hopefully, will be much easier. Did rent an ECV, just in case.......

Today... Today....

I'm up... I want to scrap but by the time I get things a movin' and get my groove a goin'... it'll be time to have lunch, head out to:

1pm PJ's hair appointment
home
get everyone ready (DS11 has soccer game, the older kids have PROM)
mom will arrive soon after we get home...so she can help along w/ DH
get big kids ready for prom (photo ops everywhere)
take big kids down to soccer field to get photos taken w/ DH and DS11 (alot of other families are excited we are headed down that way so they can see the kids0
take DS15 to meet up w/ his classmates as one of the moms is driving them down since they have to be there early to look around and evaluate for next year
get photos there so I have some w/ DD and DS15 and his friends
take DD to meet the Seniors at the park for photos
Mom and I will leave them there to head for dinner and we will come home and work on the binding for PJ's t-shirt quilt...
I will make dinner for DH and DS11 (just the 3 of us for dinner tonight)
scrapbook for a while after dinner since I will NOT be going to bed until the kids get home.. DS15 is being dropped off by the girls when they change to go to post prom.. I'm a mean mommy because I won't let him go since he has a game tomorrow... See how he liked it; and then await PJ's arrival home after 2AM! I will scrap during that time while DH sleeps!!
I can't wait to hear all about it... and PJ's friends are so excited that DS15 is going... I can't wait to see all the photos!!!!

Ok, I better get something to eat to start the day!!!!

I spent the morning/afternoon fb page and blog hopping downloading more free digital kits now I'm doing some mickey snowmen and watching the hotness that is Vin Disel and the Rock in Fast Five. and I didnt even have a list like yours to do today

Sounds like a busy day for some and a crafty/relaxing day for others

Today was DS son's birthday. We had a busy day with soccer game, followed by birthday/cinco de mayo lunch. Then a more relaxing evening.

Nan I hope your DD has a good time at prom, I would be waiting up too! Is everyone friends on FB? I would love to see pics.

They are headed this way... They will drop C off here before heading to post prom.. the girls are changing here..and school is about 6 blocks from our house... I'll rest on the couch til they get home at 2am...

yeasterday was green up day................... i'm still tired course the phone rang at 6:45 am for tom to go clean pipeline. I couldn't go back to sleep so here I am.

Michelle many of us are friends on FB as well (pm me if you want to share info). Hope your little man had a great day.

Today is going to be back to the village for a few mins I'm to sore and tired to do to much more. And laundry. I need to find my house again we're never home how can it get so dang messy?

Spent most of the day driving to, being in, and driving from Amherst with a small group of girl scouts for the 100th anniversary party held by our council. I survived and I think the girls had fun. Got to see my nephew (who is a freshman finishing up his first year there), met an astronaut, and had the quiet car. All that driving kicked my butt though, and I was in bed by 8:00 last night! I needed it.
