I hope everyone enjoys today - weather here is supposed to be nice, and we have water!

Today:

Up early
Shower (Huzzah!!!!)
Breakfast
Pack myself a lunch
Get dressed in my BHC uniform (I'll have to have my mom take a photo! )
Out of the house to get to work by 8 - want to get there early.
Train in the ticket booth from 8:30 - 4:30
Home
Scrap? maybe? Or a movie.

Good morning! Enjoy your day, Danica! Can't wait to see the pics!! It's Wednesday, and just 22 working days (counting today) until summer vacation! It's also the day my ticker says 1 MONTH til Mickey!!

14. Tacos for dinner!!
15. Put away ironed clothes
16. Do group in AK swap
17. Go to sleep sort of early!

DS has an AP exam to take today so he doesn't have to go to school, just to the exam, but it's totally throwing off my morning routine!

Text DS to make sure he leaves on time for AP exam
go to grocery store

bills
scrap
dinner - pancakes - didn't have last night so we'll have tonight!

Happy Cinco De Mayo!


Eldest out the door.
Take Little Bit to school with me for school duty.
Clean up mess in mud room when I get back.
Exercise.
Simple lettuce and toast lunch.
Work on swaps.
Southwest Egg rolls, taco salad, chips, salsa and guacamole for dinner.
Homework.
Walk if not raining.

Nutty day - work was insane (some new census workers can't seem to add or alphabetize...payroll was crazy today....grrrrrr!)
Ran DS to a doc's appt (scheduled, not sudden)
Now have cleaning going on - dishwasher, washer, etc.
Gotta try to crash for a bit
Dinner - maybe steak tips on the BBQ?
Tonight - community policing meeting where I am planning to "raise the roof" and discuss the morons who are driving past the stopped school buses. May not get anywhere, but I *will* be sure that I am heard!

Someone please send me some SANITY. I will be dealing with FIL for a long while. I "offered" (translate was asked) to type one of the chapters in this book he is writing. It's about Daniel O'Donnell (the singer) he is obssed with this man. but it's all about how he was MIL's favorite person and on and on. I never heard her say all that much about him. As he's reading me the chapter he's crying when ever he mentions the guys name not his wife whos been gone for 6 years. ARGHHHHHHHHH. Then he proceeds to ask for help with the family tree. aperantly according to him if you're a morman you have all your familys info entered into the system and they have more access than the general public. He couldn't find MIL's family bible ( I'm livid over that as he's been told more than once that it was to be given to Tom) so he came to me to get the info on his side and being the nice person I am (said with dripping sarcasm) I offered to copy what she'd given us on her family.

Off to load a hay bale.

Yeah, Christy, the Mormons (LDS) have a LOT of genealogy info - but non-LDS folks can easily access their stuff too, I think.

Not going to the police meeting tonight - DH got some medical news/lab results we're trying to deal with. Not cardiac-related, and not gout-related. Not huge, but not great either - share more later...

Actually Pam according to him ( which I can only 1/2 believe need to check this out with some other friends who are mormans) the general public can access only so much and then they can pay for more but there is still more that they don't share. So if anyone here is a morman and can confrim for me that would be great.

DISCLAIMER: I am in no way shape or form trashing the religion only my father in law and his choices. I actually feel bad for the ones who have befriended him. they have no idea what they have gotten themselves into given his history.

FWIW - OK not a mormon and never played one on TV - but have done some geneaology and am working from work my Grandmother had done - she and my Mom have both used LDS info - both in person and requested from local branches. Never encountered any problems getting the info or receiving permission to get the info - so not sure what they would withhold?? I do know the general public can use their facilities even the main library in SLC.

Sorry the task as been handed down to you - it sounds like it will be a true chore.
