Mornin'!!! We are half way through the work week/school week!!!

Hope all is well.. those of you down south, stay safe looks like the round of bad weather that went through TX, AR, TN is continuing to head east... Most of the storms have missed us and I'm glad and my basement is thankful... it's raining currently but no storms..

Here is what is left for Today:
older kids to school for mtg.

1 hour nap
finish the last 8 LOs for my April goal (no where near my challenge goal but my personal goal will be meet) finished 4 before crazy tornado sirens ceased scrapping activities!
balance checkbook
once over on the house
pick up kids
homework
snack
dinner
maybe attend Nate's baseball game tonight weather permitting nope, tornado sirens

Started the day with my breakfast Bible Study.
I hope Lisa's 2nd day back from vacation is better than the first.

Today:
dinner- chick pot pie
maybe make the chicken soup for tomorrow
empty dishwasher
refill dishwasher
wash other dishes
clean family room
work on swaps
wash dogs
church
fold and put away laundry

I know I'm missing a lot of stuff, but this is what I have so far:

Kids up and out the door
Breakfast
Run
Finish photo boxes for School Store (Mother's day gifts)
Deliver boxes to school
Grab DS9 and take him and DD to mom
find a ride for DS10 from bowling
DS14 track meet
Wake - gotta be there before 8, leaving right from the meet.
get DS14 dinner

Megan got to school....did my errands and our art class got cancelled since the other mom's DD is now sick...so I got bonus swap time!!!
I hate having a cough, hurts!!! got some med so hope it will help!

WOOHOO!! Got everything on my list done today!!

Wake was good, very busy. Busier then I expected. A lot of "M"'s classmates showed up which I think was really good for him. His dad seemed surprised that so many showed up. The boys took "M" outside for a bit before we left. M said it was the longest 4 hours of his life. Poor kid is going to have a rough go for a while.
I'm picking up a car full at school tomorrow and they are going to go to the funeral. Then back to school in time for lunch.




On a positive note DS14 shaved 1 second of his personal record for the 100 meter and had his all time best time in competition. He ran in 13.5 seconds.

He also did a personal best and best time in competition in the 200 meter at 27.7 seconds.

I'm beat so I'm going to pop into a few threads and call it a night.

He's doing ok, thank you for asking.

I think once everyone goes back to their normal lives he's going to have a tough time. I told his dad, if there's a day he needs to escape and veg in front of the XBox he was more then welcome to come over.
He can be a bit of a handful at times and more then a little snarky most of the time but I could tell he was sincere when he said he was glad to see us.

its not fun, we are both grumpy...I have a humidifier and we put the vapor stuff on at night!
no, just OTC cough...not that bad that I need to go to the DR yet!


so, Camp is going to be fun.....I got two girls from Megan's class who are really sweet, good girls...but looks like we will have a couple of rowdy ones too to mix it up....the other Mom who will be in the cabin with me seems nice....she will be doing popcorn with me on Friday so we can get to know each other.....Megan is in a different cabin ( we already knew this before hand) and has her 4 BFF's with her....they are all so excited to be together! and I know it will help Megan a lot to have them with her at night!

When we went to DC with DS14's class I had 6 girls with me. They were sooo much fun! I love that class and really miss them. The Blink girls and I had a blast the whole trip!

When we went to DC with DS14's class I had 6 girls with me. They were sooo much fun! I love that class and really miss them. The Blink girls and I had a blast the whole trip!

It should be fun....3 days in the woods, with 125 kids running crazy! I am looking forward to it though!
