Good morning Nancy, Rebecca and everyone else...
We have today off also. Should be our Feb vacation, but with the freak storm at the end of October, they took this week away from us, and back to the kids tomorrow... Could have added it on at the end of the yr, we really needed this week off.
Such is life, got my Steampunk album done last night - love it. Very unique for me as I was not aware of the Graphic 45 papers until Christmas time. They are gorgeous. Anyone else tried using them?
Registered for the CKC in Manchester, NH - that is in late April. Hitchng a ride with Lisa, Diana, and some really dedicated scrappers.

Hope you all have a great day. Off to see my granddaughter, who is walking now!!!

Feel like I've had a headache for a week. I finally got some other symptoms - cough and some stuffiness. Think it's a cold.

Morning all

Day off too here and vacation week. I'm already ready for them to go back to school. Boys are at each other! they think bedtime goes out the window with vaca and I'm dead to the world at 10, Tom's already pulling late nights so it's going to be a long week. I've told them it's 7 pm bed time tonight! I'm not playing the game 10 mins after they've gotten out of bed.

I need to attack my list but it's already being rearranged due to the 10 degree temp this am I am NOT cleaning the sugarhouse. Which throws off the weeks schedule but oh well.

Jen hope it passes quickly. This weather isn't helping any
Caroline can't wait for CKC and walking
Rebecca enjoy the paint can project I've got to try one of those sometime
Nan I like your list can I borrow your kids to play with mine need some attitude adjusting.

We are off here too! House is quiet for now, but won't stay that way much longer.

Today:
finish drying laundry
lunch fried dough with cheese and tomato sauce, DS has to head back to school early this afternoon and wants this before he leaves.
bring in scrap stuff from car and finish pages from yesterday's crop
iron the basket that has been sitting for awhile
start designing letters for swaps

Nan why do they only harrass the parents! OMG some days. I know alot of it has to do with the almost 14 yr old hormones. He's grown 6 inches in the last 6 months and the voice has almost totally changed. there are days I'd trade him for a girl.

Christy that would really be no fun. Girls are horrible!!!

Today DD#2 turned 6!! we went to dinner and ice cream to celebrate.

Looked at 5 new houses today, upped our budget A WHOLE LOT. way more than i think any house is really worth. Narrowed it down to 3 now to decide which we like better. UGH!

That was pretty much our day all summed up.

No school tomorrow not sure why.... we should be using it as a snow make up day but that is not happening. Wednesday-everything should be back to normal.

Rachel that's why I said almost. He just knows which buttons to push on me and he does! It doesn't help this is a stressful time of the year in our house and their normally laid back dad just gets overwhelmed with everything that needs doing. I"ve tried for 22 years to get him to use a list but nope nada he just wont do it. things will even out for a few months they haying will start................
