Good morning! I SO slept in this morning (not on purpose)! Just 1 working day (TODAY)--as of 3 pm, I am officially off with DS while Mom has surgery! I'll be working from home some days, but I'll be off with him!!

Deb, I LOVE your candy wrappers!!

5. DS's stuff together

7. DS to mom's

I haven't been sick in years! Been having the throat scratchys, and the sneezes, but this morning I have the sniffles and the cough!

Grrrrrrrrrr!!! It must be because tomorrow is the party!!

Ugh, I'm at work. I think we've got the same cold, Deb. I took some DayQuil and I'm flying, but still feel pretty crummy. On a good note, Cumberland Farms has a peppermint hot chocolate that rocks out loud.

Girl Scout "Me and My Guy" square dance is tonight. Only 2 hours, but I get a little me time Morgan has a birthday party tomorrow at 2:00, she's decided to sleep over, so DH and I can have a date, assuming we both lose the cold a bit.

hope everyone feels better!!

feeling that numb feeling today....its been 10 months since my world stopped, its so hard to believe how fast it has gone. I try so hard not to let this date define my feelings, but it always sneaks up and slaps me in the face, I don't miss Jim any more or less on this day, guess its just the process.

so my day will be what it is, other than getting Megan up and to school and my nail appt will take it as it comes.

thanks everyone for all my I feel your and support....had a good long talk and cry fest with my BFF, well she's like my sissy, she always has a way to help me out of my funk!!

did some scrapping and got my nails done so am feeling better this afternoon, heading out to get Megan soon, going food shopping and going to get something yummy for dinner!

Deb - your candy bar wrappers were so cute!! I bet they'll be a big hit.

Crazy week at work this week - I was so dead tired I just came home and fell into bed most nights - so I'm very glad that my 3 day weekend started today! Especially since I have a much overdue scrapbooking day scheduled for tomorrow! I've had to cancel 2 previous crops so I'm itching to get creative!

We found out yesterday that the newspaper reporter that did that article on my aunt I shared earlier in the week wants to do a similar article on my grandfather! (It's a weekly series on people in the community that have recently passed away.) So I was busy today doing an email "conference" with my aunts and uncle on the photos to choose for the article. It will either run next week or the week after - I can't wait to read it!
