Good Morning, Everyone!

Your weekends ALL sound like too much work, Deb, Buffy & Christie! Stephanie, yours sounds better :)

Yesterday, anticipating today, I was really energized. Put more stuff away from the trip, finished chucking the last of the accumulated junk mail, went down the valley for apples - ended up with 1/2 bushel each Macouns and Courtlands, a hubbard squash, beets, potatos, corn, brussels sprouts, celery, radishes, swiss chard, cider, donuts, summer squash, and some decorative pumpkins and gourds. The back of my van was pretty well covered with stuff. My version of "putting food by". Came home to husk, roast and cut the corn to freeze. We had the chard for dinner. Browned the meat and put the beans to soak for crock pot chili today. THEN I packed up my card projects for today.

Today
make breakfast
start chili
plant bulbs (that have been sitting here waiting since two days after we left)
load car
drive to crop (only 20 minutes)
have fun all day
drive home
bed

Happy Day, all!

Linda I like your day much better. but I have an 8 am to 12 midnight crop in a few weeks and then my monthly on the next day. course I think I also get farm chores that weekend to since it will be youth weekend in NH. but that's my life.

Good morning! Sounds like everyone is off to busy days!! We have one here as well!

A bright spot--found a place (sort of by accident) last night here in town that does embroidery, applique, and screening on tees. She does a TERRIFIC job, and she's VERY, VERY reasonably priced! Already making TONS of plans for Disney shirts!

Here's my list for today:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate
3. DS & DH breakfast
4. DH outside for yard chores

5. DS & I to Target
6. Back home and clean, clean, clean
7. Laundry going throughout the day
8. DS & DH lunch
9. Shower--yes, I'm going to be one of those awful people who goes to Target without showering this morning!
10. Watch UT Football game
11. Nap during game
12. Pack up food
13. Go to cabin for dinner
14. home from cabin
15. Collapse!

I hope everyone enjoys their day!

Happy Weekend!!!!!
BAMB good luck to your DS!

Happy Saturday :)

Sounds like everyone is very busy today!

Rachel has 2 friends coming over to work on an Honors English project--they said "your mom scrapbooks right, so we can use all of her tools!" Rachel said "the only tool I can guarantee is the tape gun". I told her they can use the 10 x 12 paper, the tape gun and my old markers, nothing else! I'm trying to figure out where I can go while the girls are here--DH already said he would supervise :)

Up
Breakfast with DH
Quick clean
Maybe Michael's and Archiver's to look for Christmas card kits
Finish up everyday swap
Dinner--???

Have a great weekend everyone :)

Cheryl so nice of you DH to supervise!

all that is left is the vacing and moping I'm considering leaving that till tomorrow since the boys will be going in and out more than usual.
I still have to start the fire but it's beautiful out so I'm going to give it another hour, that leaves me time till the sun sets and it cools off.
I'm planning on finishing our bedroom this pm. Why this room becomes the dumping ground I'll never know.

I can honestly say the weekend is going better than I thought. The boys are getting along and they aren't arguing with me when I ask them to do something:woohoo:

off to finish the hole!

I survived camping with the girl scouts, but just barely. Not feeling well, I don't think the drops worked for my ear, so I finally got a regular antibiotic filled.

Going to bed early.

Scrapping day for me too!

Feed cats before I leave
stop at DD for Pumpkin spice
Pick up my peep (she now lives in town so we can car pool to scraping)
Scrapping
Michael to purchase frame for the Mickey/Minnie beach scene picture I got at the Polynesian
Dinner
unpack car
Read DVC book that arrived today.:woohoo:
