Let's see lots going on on the homefront!!
Awaiting today's call from my DSis.. she was having contractions last night! I may be road tripping it to my nephew this weekend.. This isn't the target date DSis and I wanted (we wanted a special birthday to be shared) but we will take any day after the last 2 years and all the trouble she went through.. Come on little one!!!!

I get to pay off DsS21's tuition bill today!!! I'm paying off 2 months earlier than expecte, we can take that off the list!!!

I am also one payment away from paying off a CC today!!!

So, on tap for today:

the morning routine for the boys
get myself ready to go
DH out the door, he may have to come home early or DS16 volunteered to get DS12 from school
once over house
load and run dishwasher
investigate if DS12 put away our bucket of ice melt and sn*w shovel or if someone actually took them off our porch! Really, seriously, I have to investigate this!?! Good gravy!

pay off tuition payment
pay 1 payment closer to pay off on CC payment
renew our vehicle plates/registrations (have to do today so they can process and get them here before deadline so I can get DD's mailed to her so she has no issues)
call eye dr. about lenses DH wants (he wants a price and I can't remember because I have actually slept since I purchased mine) ~ awaiting return call.
pick up DS12
homework duty
DS16 to haircut
dinner
game??? is there a game tonight??? I know we aren't going on Saturday because of conflicts w/ DS16's events.

Ok, I better get a movin'.... I need to get my errands done incase I have to go on Aunt patrol!! I'm okay if he wants to wait and drive my sister crazy a while longer... I love when she calls me and explains things... I'm so glad to know I'm clueless in the childbirth/parenting department!!

Dsis just called.. dear little one is toying with her!!! Contractions slowed in the wee hours of the morning... She is not happy!!! I just giggled and reminder he has to get ready...

Nan - congrats on getting those pymts made - I bet you will love not paying them next month - we need to work more on ours but after our next trip that is where my money is going ;(

Cassey - I'm sorry Julie has to retake - makes me glad my boys don't take them

OK Friday - the night cashier comes in today so I get to get all of the drinks where I want them - I think the night people think I"m crazy for fixing it my way - they really don't care but they don't have to order.

at school for however long - Choir Booster Pres and I are going to organize choir teachers back room its such a mess and she has NO idea what is even back there - going to put everything into totes, label and add a list of what is in each one!

make new spread sheet for Dance DLR trip for #tickets/#days going/shirt size for dancers
post photos to the using swap pieces thread
photo megan's baby tinkerbell costume & photo of her wearing it to one of her dance teachers - they are going to use it for her little baby girl for Show-A-Thon and DLR trip!

I'm working. Morgan has today and Monday off for a long holiday weekend. My DSis sent me a text this am that she was working from home, did I want to stop by and play with Scout? Uh, So, Morgan and I went there and DH is picking her up (probably right now!). We both got puppy time, and he will get to meet him.

Sold 3 boxes of cookies, we're on our way! (Morgan has set a goal of 250 boxes, we'll see if we can make it).

What are you reading, Rebecca? I've got three library books to finish in the next couple weeks! Hope to get one done this weekend.

I haven't decided which books to pull yet. I get free books every summer at ICRS and these are the ones I wasn't so super excited about that I read them right away- not that that means they won't be fabulous once I read them. I think I will start on one of the humerus nonfiction ones and one of the love stories.

A new baby is so exciting! I hope all goes well.

I have been reading a lot too--I'd love to hear what everyone else is reading and how they like it. I just finished The Dog Walker by Corwyn Alvarez. It reminded me a bit of The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Nighttime. If you like dogs, it is quite humorous. I am currently reading The Aviator's Wife about Anne Morrow Lindberg by Melanie Benjamin. She has written about Alice Little and Mrs. Tom Thumb....I enjoy her writing.

I'm continuing on my New England Scrapbook....I'm working on the Gingerbread Cottages on Martha's Vineyard and a Lobster Dinner party and Rhode Island today....I really hope to finish.

Cleaned up around here this morning so I'm off to scrapbook now.

I read NYPD Red yesterday (well, I started it the night before, those Patterson books are pretty much a 4-hour read for me). I started the Beautiful Creatures series a couple weeks ago and finished the first 3 books in about a week. I finally got the last one from the library this week. I think I'll start that one tonight while M is at dance.

I read pretty much anything and everything, but my retention is horrible! I'll get halfway through a book before I realize that I've already read it

Just found out Julia passed the exit exam for English she is very happy, unfortunately she does not know yet that she did not pass the math. Her teacher called me this morning...Julia will find out next period. I debated telling her but decided not to as I did not want to ruin her day. She will retake the math on Wednesday morning, it gives us the next four days to study and prepare.

I would love to read! Haha. I read l 5 game of thrones right after I quit my job. I think I'm a few sookie books behind too. I get sucked in though and I have to finish the book before I can do anything else. Just one more chapter then I'm done with it.

She'll do great on the math on Wednesday!!! She'll be ready... it was probably mental mistakes that got her this time... BTDT!!!


Well, DSis is still the same... I think he is just giving her fits... Her DH is hilarious.. he wanted to get her to the hospital last night.. My mom had to talk him into just waiting... when she is crying in pain, then leave!!! First time parents... Of course she laughed at me when I was in labor with PJ... (she was 7 at the time)... pay backs are heck!!! I have been laughing hysterically when she calls.. "oh, it's not that bad... I did it with no meds... oh you poor baby!"... This morning I called and just laughed and hung up on her.. She called mom and said I was being mean!! Gotta love her!!

I finished my New England vacation album. 56 pages!!! Now I feel like I can move on with my life-I was stuck in 2010!!

Cleaning up my scrap space tonight and watching hockey--any hockey fans out there??

I have had enough Algebra, so we decided to call it a night and I cracked open a bottle of wine. I have an email request into the teacher(she said she would monitor her email this weekend) to see if she will supply answers to the equations she sent home. It would really be helpful to this math challenged mom to know that we are coming up with the right answers to these problems so that I know Julia understands how to answer them correctly.
