you have a point Ali, I guess from now on I WILL MAKE THE RESERVATIONS for the room....I want to stay at each one...sounds fun... bye Ali

And by the way I read one time on the Budget Board that there is a counter service restaurant somewhere in WDW that has little packets of peanut butter and jelly as condiments. I believe they will also sell you 2 pieces of bread for something like 50 cents. Some of the more frugal Diser's used this as a cheap way to feed the kids lunch.:lmao:

oh, I forgot to tell....DH won a big gift at work for Bestbuy....so we are going to go on and replace the washer and dryer.....:cool1:
Why did I first read that as "DH won a big fork..." Huh? :confused3 :rotfl:

Cool! I'd love a new washer/dryer set! Are you gonna get the side-opening washer? (What the heck are they called? Supposed to be more efficient.)

I had the biggest crush on this boy from church!!!!!!!!!! he was the one that took me out for my first single date....

when I got back I was going to my friends to stay over because we had to be at an event the next day....when I came in I was in tears....she ask about the date...I told her....her mom was sitting there with a smile on her face and asking questions and I then told them about falling off the stoop...

Her mother ran out of the room laughing. SHE CALLED HIS MOM AND TOLD HER:scared1:

pop will give you p.butter and jelly...or they did us...we got bread. My sisters baby loves pbj and it was better than giving her all the fast food. I think the bread was 70 or 80 cents...

Front loaders baby....we have been looking at dryers and went to get one it was out of stock. DH just called them and ask for a refund. They are ticked.:lmao:

OMG, Gina, that's so hilariously awful! :rotfl:
You must have thought, "What ELSE can possibly be worse???"

Awwww.

Wow. Why would that mom call the boy's mom right in front of you??? Especially when you were clearly devastated?

It's funny NOW, looking back, and I'm sure it was really funny to her at the time. But that was pretty heartless of her.

Have your kids had anything like that happen? I hope I'm a little more graceful when they come home with stuff like that.

DH friend is stuck in Atlanta trying to get to Hawaii...that stinks.
That stinks. That's the one thing about flying standby, you might have to wait awhile.

My sis used to work for an airline (Continental) and flew a few times on standby. The price was sure right for a young girl with not a lot of money! :thumbsup2

they were best friends...I thought she could have left the room myself for the call:lmao:

No, my DS had his heart broken this year...I let him alone for a day or so, then I talked with him for a few...after that he came to me and told me what happened. I felt so bad for him. I never said anything mean about her because I didn't want to hurt him. but he is ok now:)

I actually love those little chats...the kids will leave me a note on the wheel of my car wishing me luck, or love you mom....I hate that they are getting so big. DS even knew where to find me on labor day...and just came to sit...we didn't talk...it was a very precious moment with him for me.

Just got my semi-monthly packet from one of the hotels. Of course you know I'm going to share the comments:

1. Lovely, clean, great breakfast. Thanks for honoring AARP rate - we are seniors and it helps the budget! P.S. Like Non-Smoking Policy. RATE SHOULD HAVE BEEN LESS - IT WAS LAST TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My comment: Well the last time you were here was the middle of February when it was dead! Of course the rates were lower. Our rates vary from day to day, season to season. Just like every other hotel in the world!

2. Why the real coffee mug and glasses in room? You should use disposable cups and glasses it is more sanitary.

My comment: If we use disposable the environmental people leave nasty comments that we are wasting resources. We do have a dishwasher that cleans and sanitizes them, just like a restaurant.

3. I think this is the best BW we have ever stayed in! The facility is great and the breakfast fantastic. Having a nice bowl of warm soup on arrival makes a good impression and hits the spot. The cookies to are great when not overbaked, I prefer mine soft!!

My comment: Sorry dude, the cookies contain eggs and we must cook them according to the rules of the health department to kill the dangerous bacteria. Would you rather we poison the public so you can have soft cookies?

4. Very, very satisfied w/all accomodations. Would definitely stay again. Would suggest offering the USA newspaper to your guests as a courtesy.

My comment: Did you try opening your door and looking on the ground in the hallway? I'm sure you would have to trample the USA TODAY newspaper to get out of the room.

5. Provide some dishes, silverware and other stuff to use in the microwave and refrigerator.

My comment: You want us to provide you some food also?:lmao: I guess paying the $10 per night extra for a kitchenette room with all of those items was asking a bit much. Next time we'll send someone up to cook for you!

6. Please provide more room in the beds, they were a bit small. That would be nice.

My comment: We have king size beds and queen size beds. They are a standard size throughout the world.:confused3 Is there some other bed size we don't know about?? Perhaps you should tell your spouse to move over and quit hogging the bed!

7. Nice accomodation but tv is too big. What a disappointment! Also we could hear the cars on the road outside.

My comment: Would you prefer that we give you a 13" tv and a magnifying glass? How can the tv be too big?? Sorry, next time you are in town we will have the roads shut down so the cars don't bother you.

:rotfl2:

Alison those comments are hysterical. I love the roomier bed one. Why dont you get 2 king beds for them next time!

Never heard of anyone complaining of a TV too small. :lmao:

I'm going to have my own party

3 years 2 weeks I'll be at WDW!!!
