we signed up for Comcast triple play deal as part of a promo (locked in price for 12 months) , suppose to get $250 in Target GC which never cmae.

Hubby called them a week ago, they proimised a manager would call and help fix the problem.. no one called back.

Called again and threatened to stop using Comcast.. they were real quick about finding a manager to help



We should get the cards in a week

i called my co. and ask why my bill went up again...why is it my sister only pays x amount...i was told because you have had the cable for 6 years you get the pref. rate...WHICH IS MORE THAN THE NEW PEOPLE PAY...thats a pref. rate

my satellite dish is on its way...the cable co can stuff it this time next week

On the way to the airport this afternoon, DS mentioned that they talked about September 11th in class today, so we talked about it, and what happened to me that day, and how horrible it all was. My throat got really tight and I kept talking, and now I've got a frog stuck in there.

When are 12 mos promo expires we move on to Direct Tv or whatever has the best deal.

When we lived in St Cloud there were two cable companies.. every 6 months we switched back and forth with the newest deal.

Made us steamed when the smaller guy got bought out by Time Warner-- boo hiss.

Not sure why they don't get in trouble for having a monopoly in a neighborhood. But I guess one could switch to other providors that are not cable.

I never will forget that day, I was in the hospital, I had a heart attack and they were testing...I was sitting in a wheel chair and saw a tv with pics...I ask what was happening and they would not tell me
