Hello!

Just got off the phone with my mommy. :goodvibes

She and my dad just got back today from their whirlwind tour of the northern border states on the west half of the country. :rotfl:

They had a great time at the class reunion, met up with some of my dad's family on the res, visited with my mom's sis the last couple days. (And stood up as witnesses for my aunt's wedding to her longtime beau.) :lovestruc

Glad they had a good time.:thumbsup2 Sounds like it was a fun trip for them.

For those of you who didn't see the beginning of Grey's, McDreamy died of bleeding to death from an accident. Of course it was Greys's nightmare. But it's kind of making you think that it really will come true. :sad2:

I always wait until shows are in about their 10th year of reruns to start watching them. For instance I finally watched my very first episode of Sex and the City this week.:lmao:

I watched a few episodes of that in the past year; they do reruns on Ch. 11 at 10PM or 11PM weekdays. But I just couldn't get into it. :confused3

I believe I'm going to bed also. I might get up and go to work a little early tomorrow. Then again I might just hit the snooze alarm!

Goodnight Sweet Hyenas!

Wanna hear something funny, Jeff watches Sex and the City. Well, he used to anyway. My friends used to tease him endlessly. :lmao: I never saw it because I was working when it was on so he was a closet Sex and the City watcher until he confessed with one too many beers one night. :rotfl2:

That's funny! :rotfl:

We were closet Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans way back. It was considered more of a show for HS/college kids, and we were in our 30s. :lmao:

Then we were chatting with some longtime friends, and they confessed to being huge Buffy fans. I'm talking these are college friends that lived about half a mile away, and we didn't KNOW this about each other! :rotfl2:

I'm still here.

Jeff LOVED BUFFY!! OMG BUFFY, BUFFY, BUFFY:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I loved its cleverness. It was smart, and funny as all get-out! :lmao:

We sorta stopped watching in the 2nd to last season, when it just got sooooo depressing (her mom was dead, her sister was a whiny brat and she was working fast food, UGH!), but I heard it picked up in the final season. We've been buying up the seasons so SOMEDAY we can watch them all. ;)

:lmao: When you get them all I'll send Jeff up there for an extended vacation. He can relax on your couch in buffy heaven. :lmao:

Well, tell him not to come for a few years. We used to watch an episode or two every night, while DS8 was a baby. He'd nurse and fall asleep during the show. Or if he was awake, he was playing with a toy or something.

Then one evening there was a particularly violent, bloody scene, and I glanced over at him, and he was WATCHING!!! :scared1:

I freaked out and made DH turn it off. We never did get back to watching them nightly because DS was always with us. So we stopped somewhere in the middle of Season 1 or 2 (we were backtracking with the DVDs while the show was in Season 6 or so.)

Nowadays DH nearly falls asleep before the kids, so we don't often watch anything like that. :rotfl:

:rotfl2: :rotfl2: tonight we were watching The Office and Michael throws Jim a condom at some point in the show. Jim is shocked and sarcastically says "thanks" Michael asks if jim needs anymore and Jim says No. Morgan asked what he threw at him and I replied without even thinking "money"

She looks at me dumbfounded and I thought, Oh no she didnt believe that but she said "whenever someone asks if you want more money you should always say YES" :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Ok Alex, I'm going to bail on you. I thought I was awake but I'm not. I almost just fell asleep here looking at my calendar. YIKES. My bed seems so far away!:lmao:
