Is there somewhere on the WDW website (or another website) where I can see what/where all the character breakfasts are? Also is there somewhere where I can see a price range for the various restaurants in WDW?

We have done a lot of the character breakfasts.

If you have little girls the CRT and Akershus are wonderful. We really enjoyed 1900 Park Fare and Crystal Palace for breakfast. We felt a little rushed at Donald's Breakfast. I have also heard that Chef Mickey's breakfast is good. We always have dinner there.
