It has probably been done but I would really appreciate, as I think others would too, to have a thread with centerpiece ideas and photos, even links! I know it would help me out a lot. AND I think it is vital to the mood of the wedding----so please help and post ideas, pics, and links here!!!

I have a couple from my "Idea folder" ..

They are pretty christmas-y because we are getting married the week before christmas.. but you can apply the shapes and ideas for any time of year and swap out cranberries, for flowers or petals, etc.

Here is what I am Using

The Castle is on a medium size Mirror and there is a candle in the center. I plan to spinkle cinderella confetti on the mirror. When the candle is lit is looks cool.

I really like this idea... did they say that you can use them in the ceremony as well? My problem is that I love candles but how can you use them in the ceremony, like in the WP?? I think they meant "flower arrangements" for that right? Anyways, I really love the hurricane glass look!

ETA: The arrangement in front of the fireplace opening she whipped up that day using clippings from bushes outside the mansion. Originally the DJ Table was supposed to be in front of it, but because of power outlets he had to move. She didn't like the way it looked! I found out about that after the fact!

We are having our ceremony at SBP, so using them outside would be a challenge. We are having Disney floral do something simple for our ceremony decorations. The centerpieces are only being used for the ceremony. They are then going to box them back up and put them on our bus. We are shipping them home to use in the reception at home. I just hope they make it all in one piece... if not, I guess we'll be making a few extra.

I can't really tell, do those hang??? I love them! I have no clue what I want for the table numbers....we were thinking instead of numbers to do places we have travelled to hence destination wedding in Disney....ex: New York, New York or Cozumel, Mexico. Maybe not even the whole thing but only the city???

What do you think???

Yes they are actually christmas ornament frames that i hung on the stem. i am also putting 5X7 silver frames with our fav disney characters on each table. i just liked how the numbers looked in the frames.. maybe like a post card from each city framed?

Is there a way to get a wreath arrangement like the second one here, worked into your ceremony as well? Would it look good on a pedastal? Like I said, I'm trying to get the SAME things to save money at both the ceremony and reception...

I think it would look really pretty on a pedastal with a candle in the middle. or maybe hanging on the pews? I got these really pretty ornaments that are frames at Hobby Lobby. You could put pics of you and DF in them, and hang from the middle of the wreath. Then maybe swag tulle in some color in the wreath from pew to pew.. Just a thought
