The Celebrity Apprentice 2

I hope the poker woman doesn't stay too long. I couldn't believe that she said "no those people can't have a whole tray of cupcakes" for $9,000. Then it really wasn't a full box. :sad2:

I saw previews that Piers comes back to sit beside Trump this time. That one should be interesting.

I really enjoyed the first episode. Glad "Dice" is gone. I couldn't stand him back in the 80's when he was popular. I never understood his success. I can see that he is clearly living in the past.

I really enjoyed the Celebrity Apprentice. I am also glad the Andrew Dice Clay is gone. Did he think he was being funny or is he really that much of a jerk? The poker lady got on my nerves and I think she created a lot of drama on the womans team. It will be interesting to see if she is the next to go. Dennis Rodman didn't look like he did anything but I wonder how much had to do with editing. He was also on The Mole and didn't really do anything on that show either, but then again he didn't have to as he was "The Mole".

I noticed that many celebs got some major donations from their friends. I hope they didn't use all their clout in one challenge. I would want to spread the wealth if I planned on being around for awhile.

Joan probably has the most connections, she has been around longer. But not quite sure how she is still received by other big named celebrities!

A little OT..but why is Melissa following in her mother's footsteps with the plastic surgery? She is so young, and it became an obession with Joan.
Funny you should ask. I very recently (last few weeks) saw or read an interview with Melissa. Apparently, Joan convinced her to have some plastic surgery - can't you just see Joan Rivers NOT backing down until she gets her way? - and Melissa really does regret it.

And Jesse James hasn't called his wife yet...

Hehe I really like him on the show. I never really knew who he was just that he was married to Sandra B. but I enjoyed him on the show.

Dice is really just sad in my book and kind of lazy looking.

I'm so glad Dice is gone. His whole attitude about not cooking/making the cupcakes just stunk. Like those other men WANTED to be in the kitchen trying to cook and make 1000 cupcakes?

Rodman helped with the cupcake making but didn't really seem to be out and about at the cupcake selling event. Did he call in anyone either? I'm sure he could call Madonna LOL or someone!!

On the ladies...wow, the poker lady was tough but not too bad. Some of the ladies didn't seem to do much either. Her freaking out about the $9000 cupcakes was nuts. I really like the Playboy model though, you could tell she was smart and worked her connections good.

What irked me about Annie Duke (the poker lady) is that, while sure she was 'in charge' in the kitchen because the Project Manager delegated that to her, she TOOK charge overall. It wasn't up to her to decide who could sell what. She shouldn't have been so megalomaniacal when it came to that final tray of cupcakes. "How much are they willing to pay?" asked tactfully would have worked a LOT better - and reduced the now almost certain upcoming animosity - than yelling, "No, you can't sell a whole tray; what IF somebody else comes?" (in the last five or seven minutes).

Really, the woman needs to understand teamwork even just a little better.

Hehe I really like him on the show. I never really knew who he was just that he was married to Sandra B. but I enjoyed him on the show.

I figured I'd watch the show to see what she SAW in him~~ :scared: I frankly think he's kind of creepy.

LOL at his line about his "friends have no money".... his WIFE does! :rotfl:

I don't like that they don't move into to the suite. The best part of the regular Apprentice was those early morning phones calls, and Robin telling the zombie that answered the phone "Mr. Trump would like to see you all in 30 minutes."

Can you imagine the celebs having to rush around 1st thing in the morning? :lmao: :lmao:

. He was also on The Mole and didn't really do anything on that show either, but then again he didn't have to as he was "The Mole".

Dennis was not the Mole. He figured out who it was and won. Angie Everhart was the Mole.

He just hung back and paid attention on The Mole. Unfortunately, I think he thinks he can do the same thing here (hang back and stay out of the drama)and win, but that stategy won't work on this show.

I'm rooting for Scott Hamilton. He's very smart and comes across as the nicest guy in the world. And he's the only one on the show I've ever seen perform live!

What's with Tom Green? Does he have Tourette's? I hate comics who need to be funny in non-funny situations and spew off at the mouth with non-funny stuff.

Does he even understand the concept of team work?

Okay, I'm thinking it's going to be
Scott, Tom, and Dennis
in the boardroom...

eta: Okay, I'm 2/3 right... but I think the PM is 50% wrong in the choices made - and so I think the PM goes tonight.
