Probably one of the most popular questions about Epcot is "Which country do you like the best?" To be honest, I don't know if I have an answer to that question. I like so many of them for so many different reasons. I could probably pick 4 or 5 countries as my favorite because there are just so many things to like about them.
However, one of the countries that is definitely one of my favorites is the Canadian pavilion. Recently someone posted a poll about this, and I was disappointed to see that Canada didn't get that many votes. To me, the Canadian pavilion just has so much to offer, and it also boasts one of my very favorite spots in all of WDW.
I want to take a minute and look at why I think this pavilion is so special. Just what exactly is it that this pavilion has to offer.
Let me start with the incredible beauty of it. In my opinion, no other pavilion can compare to the sheer beauty of Canada. From the hotel du Canada
castle-like center piece,
to the beautiful Victoria Gardens,
to the awe-inspiring waterfall and rocky stream,
no other pavilion offers as much variety or beauty as does Canada.
I have spent close to an hour just standing there soaking in this incredible atmosphere.
It is such an amazing experience, that it is my absolute favorite spot in all of WDW.
If I could live anywhere in WDW I would choose this pavilion over any other.
The beautiful landscaping and flowers that you see as you first walk in
are a gorgeous representation of the famous Victoria Gardens.
That little house situated off to the side of the gardens would be another prime choice for a permanent residency.
The beauty of the Canadian pavilion is definitely one of the highlights of a visit there, and I believe is comparable to anything else Disney has to offer.
I love the outdoors feeling I get from this pavilion. How many times have I imagined myself as a little boy sitting in the shade by the feet of that marvelous bridge, with a small fishing rod in my hands relaxing by that little pool.
The fascinating totem poles also add to that wonderful outdoor wilderness feel.
Like almost everything else in Disney, you can find your share of gift shops here as well. Yet even the gift shops contribute to the overall outdoor feel of this land, by offering unique Canadian products. My son's favorite was the raccoon hat he got there. He proudly wore it for the rest of our trip.
Located in the Canadian pavilion is one of the most popular restaurants in all of Disney Le Cellier.
From it's mouth-watering steaks to it's world famous cheddar cheese soup, this romantic, dimly lit restaurant is the perfect fit for this pavilion.
Like a few of the other lands, the Canadian Pavilion also has a 360 degree movie which is called O Canada.
I'll refrain from talking about it now (I'd rather give it it's own review), but let's just say that it is a very good, very entertaining film, with a really great song.
Another great thing about this pavilion is that you can usually find Koda and Kenai (the bears from Brother Bear) here for a Meet and Greet with little to no lines.
I know that Canada isn't usually considered one of the most popular pavilions, but for me, it is definitely one of the best things that not only Epcot has to offer, but all of WDW as well.
What is your opinion of this unique pavilion?

I also always find another fan that I can chat with, which I had never done before until Disney.

I Agree!!
