Our trip is coming up in Nov...What info do we need to give Guest Services when we check stroller in for next person? I thought I read here somewhere that we need to know the next person's confirmation number, is that right?

Name
reservation number
Phone number on the reservation
date of arrival and departure
(also might be helpful)
cell phone number you will be using

Also, from the fridge swap I did, I know that you can actually assist Luggage services in putting the item in the storage room, so that we know it actually got there. PLEASE don't forget to tip, and be quick about it! At ASmovies, I literally had to chase the guy to tip him! Also, ask for a claim ticket.

With our swap they didn't need or want the reservation number. But it doesn't hurt to have it. Just don't be surprised if they don't want it. They were super nice about checking the stroller in though.
 
What reservation number are you guys talking about? I'm not staying on property (staying at the Doubletree), is that going to pose a problem for the person before me?
 
It is the reservation number for your resort....but since you are staying off property you won't have one. It won't matter. They never wanted a reservation number. All they asked for was the name of the person picking the stroller up and when they would be there.
 
Glad to see that the reservation number isn't required. I don't really feel comfortable giving that kind of information out. I won't even put it on the boxes that I'm shipping down.

And I don't know why you haven't received my PM's. It is interesting, the first I sent a few days ago (whatever day I posted you had a PM, lol) it is not even in my sent folder, so perhaps I spelled your user name wrong? The second two PM's I sent you this morning (they DO show up in my sent folder), and iheartdisney says you still have not received.:confused3

I forwarded her the two messages from this morning, and hopefully we can fix whatever communication issue is going on and get on with planning our trips! popcorn::

thanks for the info. I'm planning on dropping it off on 10/28. I hope I am able to locate it since there has apparently been some confusion between the last 2 users. I'm not sure if the person immediately before me has the stoller or not. should find out in next 24 hours or so (I hope!). If for any reason there is a problem I will give you a heads up before you take off. Here's hoping all goes well and you will have the stroller at CSR on 10/29!!
 
Does Carrie have the previous user's cell phone #? Since she's next in line to get it, seems like she should, right?
