My parents refuse to (and for a good reason) let me go to a state school in CA because of the economy/budget.

Don't be sorry. I just needed to vent

It's terrible. There's so much money cut from education every year. They're making grade K-3 classes have 30+ people now. when I was that young, it was so much easier to learn because there were so few many fewer students.

The state of California does all this stuff and then they wonder why the drop-out rate is so high ._.

My brother's middle school got closed last year (along with three or four elementary schools) and ALL the schools are severely overcrowded. In my Spanish class, 2 people don't have desks. They have to stay in the class though because all the other classes are just as crowded. It's sad.

I refuse to go to the school I'm supposed to be at. The continuation school is much better if you consider the number of fights and things like that.

I don't mind it so much for my purposes... I'm just a doodler.. And while I may be somewhat OK at art, it's nothing too special... I may trace it over to my sketchbook.. My friend wants me to give her those sketches as a gift, lol.

On the other side of that paper was my initial sketch of the fairy house I sent into Disney for the Pixie Hollow contests
