What has been the most significant lifestyle change you've made since joining WISH?
I've noticed, for me, it's no fast food. I don't ever get hungry for it. I have taken to keeping a snack with me in case I get the shakes form being away from home for too long. I'm hoping that eating out, period, (unless for a special occasion) will soon follow.
What have you found out about some of your old bad habits? Are any of them gone for good?

Thankfully this keeps me from really pigging out when I'm not hungry (instead of munching baskets of tortilla chips to soak up some tequila...)
I don't think I'll be doing too much hopping after the first stop. Actually, I've always prefered the Pub Crawl! It is more my speed and altitude!
