The beach was nice, but it's great to be "home"!

Hey Everybody!
I am back from my week at the beach!!! Sure did miss you guys!!! Could have used your support and pixie dust about mid-week when the in-laws started to make swimming with the sharks look good!!! Holy Smoke!!!! Am I ever glad to be home. The cat is in my lap, the dog is sleeping on my feet (guess she figures I can't go anywhere that way) and I am back on the DIS....ahhhhh, life is good!
SOOO....what's been happening? I see the "Apolo gang" has been up to it's usual antics!!! LOVE the new "fainty smilie"!!! I see our "magical family" is enjoying their Magical vacation...can't wait to see pictures! It will take me awhile to catch up with all of those posts I missed so I better get busy. Just wanted to say "HI" and to let you know that I have the blender back from Kim who seems to have given the smoothie thing a valiant effort. If she just could have figured out how to plug the thing in she might have done better but, hey, "A" for effort right?
WRRRRRRRRR.....Dream whips up a HUGE batch of "I have returned from the clutches of the crazy in-laws" smoothies....walks to the center of the screen staggering under the weight of the tray of frosty glasses....gives a big WOO HOOO and offers smoothies to all!!!!

Kama did have some problems with the blender I guess, since she never ONCE offered me any smoothies!

We'll give you a day to settle in, unpack, do laundry, and then you can fire up the blender.

Err... um... sorry Debbie. I swear, that blender was possessed. Every time I plugged it in, it made horrible gowling sounds... scared me to death!!

Elaine, I may not be able to make a smoothie, but I have an endless supply of green M&Ms for anybody that wants some...yes even you! I use NO electrical appliances in the manufacturing of green M&Ms, so I don't think I'll do any damage to the CB.... well.... at least not, that way, anyway.


So glad you're back Jodie... Robbie Wrinkle missed you so much!!

Thanks everybody!! And...um....Kim........Robbie Wrinkle never looked so good!!! Thanks my friend....you really know how to cheer me up!! And about my precious blender...I can't believe you could say such awful things about it!!! My blender doesn't GROWL!!! Why, it's done nothing but purr since I've been home!! You must have mistreated it badly!! Hmmm...now here's the dilema. Who am I going to trust with the CB smoothie blender when I go to Savannah next week with my Girl Scouts??? I better think on that one.
I am still waiting for a PM to catch me up on all the scoop since I've been gone!! Do I have to send a written invitation?!?
