though the woman who first mentioned this was crazy.
on my last trip visited the model and stood up on the cement thing along the bottom of the rail on the balcony - and you can definitely do it.
not like CR - which is much lower. Small feet can't get under this one.
so if they go with this plan - do you think Disney or DVC will be sued when the first child goes over this rail?
or hoping (like me) that the real balcony is much lower to the ground and littles ones can't do this.
