sorry to hear it is a downgrade on the people going with you, but i am sure you will have a blast with just the 2 of you that way you dont have to play tour guide and make sure that everyone is happy doing a certain thing, you can just do what you 2 want to do.

Sorry that your fam can't go now, but how ROMANTIC--another trip just the two of you!! Enjoy that now sweetie, because later in life (after kiddies) it will be so much harder to do that! Make the most of your time as just the two of you--Tom and I did!! We traveled quite a bit before Megs came along, and had SO much fun along the way! Hope Grandma is okay!!!

Day 5, Sept 17 – Typhoon Lagoon
-We’ll have to take a bus to Epcot and from there a bus to Beach Club resort, because we have to be at our ADR at Cape May Café at 8:50 AM. (Any better suggestions on this?)
I heard this is a great character breakfast, and it's a buffet so we should be in and out pretty quickly. Hmm…me thinks they will have BACON there!! ( I am going to attempt to get a little earlier reservation—around 8:30—as the trip gets closer)
-TL opens at 10 so we’ll try to be there by then. If we can get an earlier breakfast then there might be a chance. If we do manage that early breakfast, I can’t remember if they allow people in before 10 to get lockers, etc. or if we have to wait til they open. Can anyone enlighten me?
-Have CS lunch there at some point.
-We’ll hang out there til we’ve had enough, and go back to the resort to relax, shower, and whatever we feel like doing.
-I would like to do putt putt this night. I am thinking of doing the Summer side of Winter Summerland.
-We’ll probably end up back at Pleasure Island for some A/C & C/C again. I love improv!
-It’s DisneyLex’s b-day(Leger13’s DH) so we’ll see how their plans go---if they end up staying down there and want to meet up Mike and I will be glad to help them celebrate!
-Was thinking of using our Planet Hollywood voucher to eat there this night and at least it would be a little bit cheaper than if we didn’t have it.
If not, we’ll get EoS and use a CS---yum!!

When we did the water parks last year, we were able to enter the park an hour early for EMH. If I remember correctly, this happened every day..not on scheduled days like the big four.

She's got to stay in the hospital for at least another week. I also found out she had some infection from the bed sores. Those people in the nursing home weren't taking good enough care of her.

So sorry to hear about your grandma. Hope she gets well soon. And like you said, more time with DH! We went by ourselves last year, no children with us, and had an enjoyable time. Just did and ate things we normally wouldn't have with our children. Have fun and enjoy yourselves.

I think when I looked at the calendar a few months back, the water parks only had the EMH's in June/July

I just thought I'd announce my good news.

I'm PAID IN FULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


44 days til WDW!!!

Part of it was paid with $225 in Disney gift cards from my Sunshine Rewards earnings. ($25 was from winning the Referral contest they had LAST year) I also had $110 towards it from my Disney Visa Rewards card.

I wanted to save some of my Sunshine Rewards money for spending money when we get there. I have about another $150 more so far (see my ticker below, which includes the $200 I cashed out already) and I'm hoping to earn another $25 within the next couple of weeks, so I can cash out $175 to use on vacation.
That's $125 short of my "goal"...but I never did include that $25 from the contest, or the $110 from my Disney Visa Rewards in my ticker. If you count those then I will have met my goal of $500!

FP Kilimanjaro Safari, Ride EE 42926 times.
Do KS and then KRR to cool off!
Eat lunch around 11:00 at Flametree BBQ
We’ll probably stay all day since it closes at 5:00.
ADR – Boma at 6:20 PM We’ll take the bus over from AK and if we have time to explore the resort we will do so (that will depend on when we leave AK, crowds, etc)
We’ll go back to Pop after we are done eating (I’m a little worried that we may miss the last buses running to AK and from there to Pop..if we end up getting seated late, etc. Should I be worried? )

8:00 PM – Hippi Dippi Pool party! (and I remember, NO skinny dippy at the Hippi Dippi!!! :rotfl2 )

I guess we will drink/hang out til we all pass out, or Tat pushes us in the pool, whichever comes first.

If you miss the last bus back to AK, just take another bus from AKL to any park that is still open or doing EMH--or the DTD bus. Then transfer to the POP bus when you get to that location!!! You will be fine!!! BOMA is WONDERFUL!!
