Wow! I think Chantal looks gorgeous in those shots! She's a little too well-endowed for the topless ones and yes, I also thought they must have done some photoshopping on some of those shots But aside from that, she really looks great. Michelle looks great, too, but I would expect that from someone with modeling/acting experience. Ashley looks out of place with the seashells and sexier shots. Jumping in the air suits her personality better, but that's not what the swimsuit edition is all about.

I don't like Chantals pictures, they are super photoshopped. She was the heaviest of the girls (not fat by far, just not a stick) and these pictures make her look not even like herself

I thought Chantal didn't really look like herself on last night's episode, either. I think it was more the makeup and the way they styled her hair that made her look different. They probably did photoshop her belly a little. Again, not that she is anywhere near fat, just that she was saying she'd been eating a lot the past few days and felt fat, so I noticed. Her tummy did seem a little heavier last night than in the pics, as compared to her arms and legs.

Though I WISH I looked like that on the days that I "felt fat".

And I don't know, the photoshopping doesn't bother me. They do it to all models, all the time. No one is as perfect as they look in a magazine.

I had to give this show up this week; I just couldn't do it any longer. I've known since before the first episode aired who he picks. Combine that with the fact that he's DULL and DUMB, I decided I could spend my time elsewhere. Beating my head against a wall would be more entertaining.

I will be back next season.

Chantal is beautiful! i've always thought she has a gorgeous face. her swimsuit was a wardrobe malfunction waiting to happen though. of course, that isn't her fault since she didn't pick it. and they've definitely photoshopped her body, not that i'm calling her fat. but there are a few where they've definitely made her too skinny.

i don't care for some of michelle's pictures, honestly. i don't think she's any more photogenic than the other two. her eyebrows still bug me.

some of ashley's pictures are adorable. some of hers had the best personality in them.

i'm so glad Michelle is gone. good gravy is she a shrew.

I just checked out the photos. Michelle definitely is the most photogenic of the three. She looks stunning. I think Chantal just looked slutty. Did they do some photoshopping to cover certain somethings up in those photos? Ashley is adorable, but didn't need to do the seashell photos.

I would have NEVER jumped off that cliff after looking straight down into rocks! Why is he mainly concerned that girls conquer their fears? Then he ALWAYS goes on to say that he is "proud of them" like he is their trainer or something. I find it so insulting. I know the producers plan out these dates, but enough is enough. For once I want to see a girl refuse to take part in these "adventures" and see his reaction. In real life, I don't do everything my DH asks of me. It's ok for both of us to say no to ideas sometimes.

THANK YOU!!! You & I are the only ones stating this. I see no difference in this and pressuring a girl to have unprotected sex and putting her life at risk to get or keep a guy. And in the same way she gets pressured from the guy, her peers and in school, these young women are being pressured by Brad, the producers and the crew to do what they probably, in real life, would have said no to.

What kind of jerk forces a person to do something they really don't want to do, then says how proud they are of them afterward, than a manipulative, egotistical control freak?

What if a woman had said no? Would Brad really have sent them home because of it?

I would consider that no loss for the woman.

Shame on the show for promoting and encouraging this kind of attitude, behavior and expectation from Brad, the crew, and the women.


It also reminds me of a saying of Oprah's, when she talks about the gal she used to be, who literally fell on the floor, begging one of her dirt bag boyfriends to stay, while she grabbed onto his leg as he walked out of the door, dragging her, while she hung on. She said one actually told her she was nothing, would never amount to anything and was unlovable.

She said, "I weep for the woman I was."

I could weep for some of these women, that they have such low self esteem, self respect and no dignity. Don't ask Brad to send you home. Just stand up with some pride and dignity and JUST GO!

There was a lot of use of the airbrushing tool in the faces. No lines at all. In fact there was so much airbrushing that the skin didn't even have any texture anymore.

Once after she was mad at Brad, in one of the interviews, she mentioned how she wanted another kid someday. Then, as soon as she said it, you could tell that she wanted to take it back, like she didn't mean to mention she even had a kid.

Oh, Ashley. If Brad can't handle you being angry and upset and you feel you need to hide it, HE'S NOT THE ONE FOR YOU!!!

Women shouldn't have to hide who they are in order to be loved - that includes the negative emotions.

Women also shouldn't be pushed into activities, like jumping off a cliff (literally,) and putting their lives at risk, like rappeling off a building, just to be loved. What's the difference between that and putting out for sex before a woman feels ready, because a woman is afraid the guy will reject them?

I think Ashley is somewhat bring dramatic because it works. She pouts and he does whatever he can to make himself feel better!

He really can't handle negative emotions at all. Every time a girl challenges him or confronts him, he gets defensive and manipulates the conversation until the girl apologizes or gives in.

In a real relationship, I see him bolting the first time there is any big life problem.

Oh, I forgot that - what kind of mom is she - okay, maybe it's edited. You never see her talk about her child at all.

I do. I couldn't take it any longer and had to go search. This truly is one of the most boring seasons. Not that we ever know what these people are really like, but I think Brad has to be the most insecure, self-centered, egotistical butthead ever. It's always all about him, although he likes to profess otherwise. These girls are idiots if they think he is anywhere close to husband material.

He is very self centered, a big baby, and totally AWKWARD!!! He has no social awareness at all in group situations. Or maybe he does, and likes to have them all fighting over him. Today after the photo shoot, he just looked like a big dufus.

I found Jake the most boring to watch. Brad is only interesting because he is still completely clueless about how relationships actually work.

Michelle is just angry that she couldn't "win." She didn't even say she loved him, just that she wanted him and wanted to be there.

You could see with his body language, he didn't even put his arms around her until the photographer told him to.

Those photos came out great! Michelle is really beautiful with make-up on! I liked Ashley's the best, too. She wasn't so slutty looking. Not a huge fan of the SI swimsuit edition.

I noticed Chantal's lack of photoshopping because the whole time the way the suit fit her really bothered me, and I kept thinking I would be so paranoid that "things" would be popping out.


I'm not sure who I see for him, yet. I really don't care because he's such a jerk, but I don't like to see him hurt anyone else. Maybe he'll end of with Chantal because she slapped him when she got out of the limo!
