More updates for me! I've been super busy with my training plan and work lately, trying to catch up on everyone's activity (you guys are amazing, by the way)!
Sunday: 228 minutes hiking, we did 9 miles hiking the Appalachian Trail near our house. For those of you familiar with PA hiking, that mean...rocks and rocks and rocks. Including a rock scramble at the end.
Monday: 27 minute run
Tuesday: 44 minute run
I'm now at 1297/1200 and this is the first month this year that I was able to meet my goal! Two more days to go - we can do it!
