Will anyone be attending the AP Event on April 27th? My husband and I will be going and curious to know what to expect. Will rides be open? Anything extra fun and exciting? How are the crowds with this event?

If you go to www.disneyland.com/events it explains a little bit. It's from 9pm-1am on the 27th. Must be an AP holder.

Argh! The weather forecast changed to rain for TWO of our days. It's still early i'm telling myself... it's got 6 days to change

I saw that too. Not ideal! But y'know, last time we went in 2012, one of our best days was a complete downpour that emptied the park. Not a line in sight! Considering it was mid-spring break, that was amazing. And then some sunshine came out in the afternoon, and it was perfection! So it's all going to be great. I'm just throwing in some Canadian Tire dollar ponchos!

I wouldn't worry too much. I check the weather predictions like twice a day and every time the temps and percent chance of rain are different.

I saw that it's calling for rain on Friday, the 23rd. We have our ponchos & CA NEEDS rain, so we will just go in with a positive attitude. We leave next Weds & Thurs will be our first day in the parks!! I CAN'T WAIT!!!!!

I actually enjoy being there in the rain. Just wear your ponchos and some shoes that you won't mind getting wet. You'll have a great time... how can you not? You're at the Happiest Place on Earth!

We're going from the 28th-30th and today it's showing cloudy with highs of mid 70's. I know it will change but is love to keep that weather

OMG! We leave tomorrow!! Yay! In 24 hours we will be on the plane! Soooooo excited! Weather looking like 80 tomorrow and then 70s the other days, but no rain the 18-23. Meanwhile here in Boston it looks like rainy and 50s for Mon and Tues so I'll take 70s and sunny in Cali for sure.

I'm going CRAZY! Bags packed, house cleaned, everything is done. I have all this time til we sleep. I don't want to start aNY projects at home cause I don't want to make a mess + am so amped up I cannot focus. So here I sit. Wathing fresh baked and staring at the clock. 24 hours from now we will be in DISNEYLAND!

Single digits, 9 days to go!!

I was having a bit of a packing crisis trying to figure out how I was going to get my DD's car seat safely to Cali without risking damage to it. I finally settled on sharing a carry on with my DH. I packed half of each of our stuff in the carry on and the rest in a bag we'll check. That way we can take the car seat as one of our carry ons, and have clothes in case our checked bag gets lost. Plus now we'll have room to take stuff home!
