For anyone who watched last night....Did anyone see The Donald when he was at his desk more towards the middle of the show giving his 'advice' on if there is a good worker hire them? I switched on and it looked like it was the runner up (the blond girl) from last year sitting across from him. Was it and if so, did he hire her also even though the winner didn't want him too? Its driving me nuts this am. Thanks, Kim

That wasn't the runner up. The runner up from last year was the dark haired girl with the broken foot. Forgot her name! The one you saw was actually the Apprentice winner from two shows ago. That girl won and I believe chose to renovate his home in Florida.

Was she the runner-up? I thought she won....? Didn't she beat Tana, the Bejeweler?

I thought she looked familiar also.

BTW, I fell asleep right before the end, who did he fire?

Yes, that was Kendra, who won a couple of shows ago. I wondered what happened to her.

Mercy, I don't know the name of the guy that got fired, but he was the project manager for the losing team...is it Dan maybe? Basically Donald said he should have brought in Lenny and since he didn't then he was fired.

I didn't understand why Donald thought Lenny should have been fired. Yes he came up with the idea but the team took it and ran with it. Isn't part of brainstorming just tossing out ideas? I think the PM was correct it was his decision to go with Lennys idea. I just didn't get it.

Deanna :bored: :cat:

Plus Lenny was the only one to speak up against the text and no voice which was a major problem. I can't believe he kept Tarek after ranting about how stupid he was, guess it's for "dramatic purposes".

I really like Apprentice, but thought last nights show was a little boring. I will keep watching because I know it will get better.

Yep, it was boring. I was hoping the other team would lose so we could see Andrea(redhead) and the PM go toe to toe. Am I bad or what? :rotfl2:

Thank you for clearing that up for me. I knew she looked familiar but I only saw her for a split second and couldn't remember what season

I was thinking the same thing you were, but my DH told me the same thing that DaisyD did and that Kendra won another season. It did get me to wondering what happened to last seasons runner up.

Thanks for the update. I fell asleep on the show. I was wondering who lost. I just knew the team with the red head was gonna lose. It would've been a battle in the board room between the red head and project manager. Glad they won!

Whenever Donald asks the Project Manager if they'd like to take an additional person into the boardroom (other than the ones they've already identified) they should just learn to say YES!!! It seems like this has happened at least once or twice in every season. If you don't bring back the one Donald is thinking of he's going to fire YOU! I'm surprised the contestants haven't figured that out yet. I knew as soon as the PM said he didn't want to bring in Lenny that he was doomed.

I am getting sick of Donald Trump. He is just so full of himself. It seems to me that for the past two weeks, he is sending the message that it is better to sit down and not do anything rather than risk brainstorming and coming up with an idea - if everyone agrees on the idea and you do a ton of work and it has one mistake, you should be fired.
And what was with Donald jumping all over the PM (forgot his name) for bringing in Lee (? name - the one who didn't do anything because for the second time he was celebrating a Jewish holiday) when during the open board room, he jumped all over Lee and asked him why he shouldn't fire him for missing two assignments?
I am really starting to loose interest in this show this season. I used to agree with his decision but not lately. And I agree with what that PM said on the way home in the taxi - Maybe Mr. Trump should learn to be quiet and occaisionally listen!!!!!
