Anyone else surprised that he fired Pamela? I thought she was the one woman on the show with real potential. That really did surprise me. I think the women are going to be toast now! LOL.

I was surprised also but I didn't particularly care for Pamela. I DID think The Donald liked her more though :D .

I think Carolyn didn't like her. I also thought it was unfair. There were still women who hadn't performed the project leaders job. He should have moved a guy who hadn't done that job yet or moved Pam and given her immunity. The team she moved to had every reason to burn her if they lost.

Oh and I think the one woman remaining with any potential is Jenn M...mainly because she has done the least bickering and no one has registered any complaints about her.

The product reminded me of the magic eraser, and I felt it was overpriced. Pamela should have conceded defeat instead of calling it a tie. Carolyn seemed to be against her.

If you have worked in a corporate environment, you may have run into women like her. Strong, opinionated, forceful, egotistical. I think she came on way too strong, even though Trump put her incharge, she came across as a bully. The way she told the lawyer that "We don't need to worry about every little thing", because she wouldn't do it from a business stand point. Well, if they didn't need to be concerned, then why did QVC have their lawyer there looking it all over? Although I am sure there was a lot of editing done to make her look worse than she was, the way she spoke to the others on the bus, the way she acted in the board room, I can see why he fired her. I think the best thing that happened is that the women should now be able to get along, they need to work together and did a good job on the task. I think it will give them the push they need to win the next one.

Being the team leader is a power trip for some.

Haven't liked Pam since the episode when she made fun of the children behind the one-way glass. Very unprofessional & immature.

I too thought she had potential, and was probably the one woman on the show that had a firm grasp on what she was doing and needed to be done. I had a feeling she would be the one fired though, as just about everything went right on this task, but the price was the factor that did them in. There was really no one else she could pin that on. I really felt for the woman's team when they lost by only $10.43... Ouch! (I also think she did herself in in Trump's eyes when she kept insisting it was a "tie")

I was surprised that he fired her. There are others that I'd like to see go.

I didn't care for her. She was on her high horse whem Trump told her to go to the women's team. If she hadn't been working along side of the men all this time, she wouldn't heve been any better off then the rest of the women. In fact, she probably would have been voted out by now.
She was a bully, not a person I would ever respect working for.
She was the only person to blame for this task going badly. She set the price and didn't seem to care about anyone's else's opinion. She also could have cared less about the legal stuff which is a huge mistake in business, especially when selling a product.
I like Jenn and she looked great tonight. This season is a hard one to pinpoint. I picked most of the ones that I thouht would stay until the end last season, but this season I have no idea!

Pamela lost my respect when she made the remark on the earlier show about the childs haircut, very unprofessional.

But on tonights show when "the Donald" said he respected her, as he put her on the womens team, I thought she had a chance. But, as a person who has ordered from QVC before, I personally would not spend $27 dollars for their cleaning item, also I would not spend $71 for the mens item ! The mens team got very lucky on this project, winning by only $10, which I think is totally rediculous, because I think they overpriced this product.

Well, at some point, the men will be fighting too. Did you see the previews of next weeks show, Raj saying something like "Is this fluffy?" talking about material, and Carolyn laughing, with tears in her eyes! I have to see that show if he made Carolyn laugh.

I agree with others, lost my respect when making fun of children in front of others. Unacceptable and uncalled for.

I thought she came across a bit full of herself tonight, trying to 'whip those girls into shape'

No big loss, IMO.

I was shocked to see her go. She was a "bully" but she pulled them together. At the end of their task, the girls were all so happy and thought it went great. I have never seen them so confident. As I was watching the first 1/2 of the show I was thinking that she may even be the next apprentice. I bet it is a guy now because all of these girls are way too petty.

I agree that Pamela seemed to be a little too full of herself on this show. I guess when the Donald said he respected her, she thought she didn't have anything to worry about.

I know the show is edited to highlight the things they want, but from what I saw of Pamela last night, I'm glad he fired her. I thought the way she treated Stacy (the lawyer) was awful.

Just a quick question, I am curious because you say she had potential...would you want HER as your boss? I don't think I could work for someone like her, nope, not me. Too bossy and condesending. IMO.

I did not like Pamela from the beginning! They kind of took the focus off of her Witchy-ness over the past few weeks, because they focused on the cattiness of the girls, but my skin crawls when she takes over a room! WHO would want to work for her? WHAT a witch! Was I the only one who thought she sounded like a 3rd grade teacher laying out the rules of HER classroom to a bunch of 8 year olds? Yes, the women have their problems, but they did not need to be spoken to as if they were children IMO. And the way she was handing out tasks, you know, the team leader is STILL part of the team, and should have some responsibility also, if Pamela was not so set on raising the price of the Magic Eraser (which it was, in a generic form), what would her task have been? Glad she is gone, and hopefully, the girls banding together against Pamela will help them see how bad they were in the past.

What a prize for the men, huh? That was so funny, watching Raj make a fool of himself to get a date! Jogging in his underwear while they hit tennis balls at him...I loved it. I was cracking up!

I cannot wait for next week! Whatever the men do with that material has Carolyn in hysterics!

Are there any women left that you think have a good shot at winning? I can't think of any - no one really stands out like Amy did last season.

I cannot wait to see what makes Carolyn laugh like that next week.

I don't think a woman is going to win this. But, I do like Stacy. Does that mean I think she should win? I have no idea! LOL. I delivered mail for 14 years! I have nothing but a HS education. The business world is not my expertise. I watch for pure entertainment only. LOL.

I missed that. What was said?

As for whether I would want Pamela as a boss.... not in a million years. That's not to say she wouldn't get the job done. I'm looking at it from the POV of someone who would be hiring her, not working for her. I worked for someone like that for about eight years of the thirteen I have been with my current employer. This woman was a real "rhymes with witch" to work for at first, but once you got to know the way she thought it was easy to stay one step ahead of her and out of the line of fire. As a matter of fact, when she got transfered to a new location she asked me to go with her. I said no, citing the fact that I really enjoyed where I was at the time. That was true, but it was mostly that I didn't want to work directly under this woman again if I could help it.

As far as results, this woman was one of the best managers in our company, but she wasn't a people person. That's kind of the way I look on Pamela.

Personally I thought those women DID need to be treated like 3rd graders b/c that is how they have been acting since the beginning. I think if these women were more professional she would have treated them differently. I was watching her on Channel 4 this morning and she said she called Stacy and apologized for the way she treated her.

I think Pamela's problem was that she did not want to take any responsibility, she just wanted to delegate.

There is still nobody that is standing out for me this season yet, but after last night I do like Raj. I thought he was funny and a good sport and I think he has a good business sense.

I'm glad he fired her.

She acted more like a middle manager than a leader. She bullied the women and gave them no respect and herself no responsiblity... this is poison to a manager.

She would've done better if she came in with the respect the Donald gave her and used it to influence the women rather than control them. Her attitude was condescending and rude and I STILL hold that remark that made Carolyn made against her the very first show... so I repeat...

I'm glad he fired her.
