What do you think of it so far?

**SPOILERS AHEAD***

Brendt was just plain ANNOYING. I think Stacey's being "afraid" of him was really overblown, she was overdramatic. But he WAS annoying.

Good riddance to both who got fired! I can't believe Brendt stayed though!!

And the bathrobes were really stupid!

I agree with you completely. Have you ever noticed that Bill is the only former apprentice that is on the show? I wonder what happened to the others?

Trump gave away the ending of this episode with his segway ... I can't remember what he said. Something like sometimes you meet someone who looks polished but turns out to be a loser and sometimes you meet someone who doesn't look right but turns out to be a winner.

I think Stacey should have said that Brent was disrespectful and unprofessional in the way he spoke to her instead saying that she felt threatened. She might have done better with that angle... I can't help but think that Trump is keeping Brent around for entertainment purposes. He's this season's Marcus! I don't see him lasting much longer. I didn't really care for Pepi either way...

I liked Ivanka she seems smart and well-spoken but I still miss George and Caroline :)

I thought Bill's response to the Brent/Stacey conflict - "we'll never get to the truth" - was inappropriate. While this may be business, and Stacey did blow it out of proportion, to tell a woman that her discomfort with a man getting in her face in private shouldn't exist, just didn't sit well with me.

Is it just me, or does it seem like Bill is always smirking??? :smooth:

You know that Donald is just keeping Brent around for the entertainment factor.

Stacy was overly dramatic--she should have been fired.

Pepi was useless. I didn't even know he was the project manager until the end!! I thought Stacy was!

Ivanka seems polished and smart.
I like her and Bill as the 'eyes and ears'....

Trump didn't even say that George and Carolyn were away on business, or anything as to their whereabouts...maybe they got FIRED!!
(and Ivanka and Bill are taking over!!) :lmao:

Stacy WAY overreacted. I do not like her a bit. Who got the boot last night (I fell alseep amidst the drama)?

I think he is keeping Brent around not so much for entertainment, but to test the other contestants. I don't know if test is the right word, but to see if they can manage him.
I also didn't know that Pepi was the project manager until the end either.

Deanna :bored: :cat:

Since the whole thing was caught on tape (and I did think he was inappropriate and he should have been dumped) I thought Bill's comment made him look like a dope. He was on the show, he knows it's all caught on tape.

With Bill, Ivanka, and Donald Jr. filling in for george and Carolyn, it looks like we'll see less of G & C this season. We even get Bill again instead of George next week. I was impressed by Ivanka though. Much better than Alexis Stewart was.

I could see Brent being safe from a mile away. Trump has a habit of keeping the "total disasters" around for the first few weeks and doesn't fire them until he has to. I don't think he was responsible for the lost, and tried coming up with ways (bizarre as they might have been) to create buzz.

I still don't know mos tof the names, but a potential favorite arose last night.......... Roxanne! I loved in the boardroom that she didn't call out Brent like the rest of the team but instead pinned the failure on where it belonged, the PM.

I agree. Ivanka is likeable. I thought she might be a Paris Hilton--my daddy is rich and powerful, and I can be a ditzy party girl--but she isn't.

I agree, thought it was good of Roxanne to do that, put the loss where it really belonged--Pepi.

Ivanka went to a good college and did well there by all accounts. Paris Hilton. She is such a train wreck! While I cannot always like The Donalds treatment of women by all accounts he is a good father and his kids, so far, seem to have their heads screwed on straight. I once read an article that said Donald Jr had to work his way up the ladder at his business. I like that.

Yes, for the ratings they do seem to keep the messes around. I am all for large size people getting ahead in business and anywhere else. I am plus size, but Brent trades on it and never lets you forget it for one moment. If we are supposed to be sending out the message we are as good as the skinny folks then I am not sure constantly calling attention to it is going to help anyone. He revels in the clown role and that is not good for team leadership. I would not follow him in a line where they were giving away money!

Brent's annoying but Stacey was even worse and Peppe just didn't do anything, I think the right people were fired.

I'm sorry I have to disagree with this statement(its not often that I do). Its not a matter of him being a large person but the fact that hes insecure due to his size and thus he has to be the clown to get attention. Stacey was wrong in what she did by interrupting him in the meeting. If they would have only let him say his two statements then they could have saved a lot of time and energy with their fighting both during and after the task. Personally if I saw him in the street in his underwear and bathrobe I would have walked the other way. The girl who said pepe was a bad leader was right on the mark. He should have controlled both stacey and brent. He was looking for a scapegoat to cover his butt... Eventually brent must go anyway....

Totaly agree. Stacy did keep interupting Brent, she was very rude. I can't see Brent lasting to much longer either.

Has anyone voted for the Apprentices biggest pain of the week?
You can win a trip to see the Apprentice finale!
I can't vote because I live in Canada. Bummer. (I tried to vote for Stacy)

Good Luck!

I cannot stand a women who plays the "oh I felt threatened" by the guy routine, I actually detest it. I loved how Trump mentioned that being a defense lawyer she was around real threats all the time and that he called her out on overblowing the entire matter.

I just think if women really want to play like a man, on equal footing, that they have to take it after they have been giving it out. Of course Brendt ( or whatever his name is ) is not apprentice material in Donald Trumps organization, neither was Stacy

The real genuine apprentice was great last night, Ivanka! Educated, articluate, poised, she definitely was raised right and Donald will be the first one to tell you that Ivana raised those child mostly, not him.

BTW, When is Melania's baby due? Anyone know?
