As for Omarosa and her leadership skills, they were awful last night. She did not appear to close one deal. She did an awful job with the music guy in the beginning, TROY had to negotiate the deal. The Fab 5 once again it was Troy who got the deal sealed. And with Issac Mizrahi, Omarosa couldn't pronounce his name (something she commented that drives her nuts when people can not get her name correct)--at least Jessie did that correctly, and neither sealed that deal either. Guess who closed the deal...TROY! Omarosa was very lucky to have Troy on her team, he saved her behind. I think she is and has been worthless on the whole show. I have disliked her since she decided to play the race game on the jet a few weeks ago!! I do not think Jessie did very well, and did deserve to be fired, but not last night! I think that Omarosa should have been fired for her lack of getting any deal sealed and her lack of respect for other team members last night!

ckmommy, I agree with you also. And, Robin, I also agree that Trump really does not like Omarosa. But, I can't say I was sorry to Jessie go. After she sold out Kristy in a heartbeat last week, she lost all of my respect.

I thought Troy was very impressive and that Tammy also needs to go home soon. I loved when she was speaking of renting a "Chateau in Loire" and Rocco said "and who is paying for this?"

I think trump likes Omorosa's confidence. Someone mentioned that he'll 'find a way to fire her' Well he had the perfect opportunity last night, and he didn't, I have a good feeling that he thinks she would be an asset to his company.

As for Her ability to 'close the deal' I think that the whole point of being the project manager is to make sure that the 'employees' close the deal. Atleast that's how it's been in the sales positions I've held. And considering who ever wins is going to be the CEO of one of trumps companies, I have a feeling they'll be making sure the employees do all the 'dirty work', and in this project Omorosa did that quite well.

I disagree...they couldn't hate her from the beginning for no reason....I remember the first episode and some of the rude things she said even on that show. They hate her because of how she talks to people and treats people...that isn't tough, its rude!!!

However, I have to say I hope Tami goes next....she is a loose cannon!!!

I can't remember a time when Omarosa was unprofessional "on the job". She may be rude and lack tact, but these things were done when they weren't "working" (in the suite; on the plane;in the boardroom) I feel that she is a very good leader,very professional and utilizes her team's assets. I don't think that Trump doesn't like her-I think that he thinks she's a very strong employee/leader and would like to see her soften her edges so that she can be a better leader for him. People like Omarosa ruffle people's feathers and then don't take responsibility for it so they blame the other people for being overly sensitive (or in Omarosa's case, intimidated by powerful black women) Just an excuse to displace guilt. But I still think that she's very good at her job and will serve Trump well. And by the way, Heidi soooo lacks class. Now Omarosa was calling a spade, a spade (and that's not playing the race card )

I admire Omarosa's strength, but I can't see her being a good leader. She's rude and condescending. People don't perform well for bosses they hate. She's so abrasive and self-impressed that she turns people off. Also, she never takes blame or responsibility for any kind of failure. These qualities are NOT indicative of a strong leader or motivator. Omarosa needs to work for herself because she certainly doesn't "play well with others."

Tami couldn't be booted because she hasn't been on the losing team yet.

Exactly

And I do have to add that I think being in the boardroom is "working" because she is performing in front of her boss. So when she speaks to people in the manner she did in front of Trump I think it is on the job. She could have told Heidi she lacked class in the suite but to say it in front of a superior is completely out of line....it is a personal attack on another employee.

Omarosa has the qualities to lead, but she also has several qualities that could stand in the way of her and the job she wants. Her inappropriate comments/behavior and inability to accept blame for things she failed on would be the HR Dept's nightmare.
